“Incredible customer service. I ordered some hardware for a bag I'm making, and they emailed me with a picture of the products together to make sure I was happy with the colour matching. I didn't even have to ask - they just wanted to make sure I'd be happy with the order before it shipped! When I requested one of the items be swapped they did it straight away, no fuss, and had the order amended and dispatched that same day. Truly wonderful, I'll be using Sew Hot again for sure.”

“So glad I found this shop. Their customer service is fantastic, delivery is very fast, usually receive the order a day later. They have a fantastic choice. I have managed to buy items that I have seen on YouTube tutorials, that I assumed that I would have to buy from America. Would definitely recommend this shop.”

“I have used Sew Hot a few times now and have been amazed at their customer service. They communicate at every step of the way from ‘we are now packing your order ‘ to ‘we have shipped your order’. The time from ordering to arriving is incredibly quick. Oh and the fabric is of lovely quality too!”

“I am very pleased with the service given by SewHot. Items that I ordered are of top quality which may be considered by the price paid. Well worth it. I have however over judged my sizing of a couple of items, which I will return, but to be replaced with the same items in the smaller size, I am speaking about bag hardware. My order was put together swiftly, with notifications of picking and shipping of all of the items. I did pay extra for shipping as I needed a particular item to complete a bag I'm making for a friend.. Thank you sew hot.”

“I’ve been ordering from Sewhot for a while now. The range of products is excellent and you can always find what you need to complete your project, (plus other projects that you didn’t even know you needed to complete!) Especially impressed with my recent order placed late Monday and arrived Wednesday. A huge thank you to both Sewhot and Royal Mail who during these Covid times have both provided excellent and timely service.”

“I have just ordered some wadding from Sew Hot. It arrived exactly as described the next day - just what I wanted, and they were so helpful when I phoned to discuss wadding. I first ordered things from them back in March at the start of lockdown. It has been great to find such a reliable source of things for quilting. They are brilliant.”
