“My order arrived today over a week from ordering when your communication states you work hard to deliver inside 24 hours? No up dates from the courier that it had even been dispatched, let alone out for delivery. The gift/presentation box with the whiskey is battered with worn corners, not very good for a £100 bottle!”

“Since walking into your shop about a week ago to placing an order online at the weekend I have been delighted with the choice and efficiency of your business. Its my fault that I don't use my cellphone very much so did not give that number for delivery text notifications, but I thought you might have emailed when delivery day had arrived, but I was in anyway, so it worked.”

“Bit of a shame, emailed before I ordered to ask if I could get some craft ciders delivered gift wrapped with a note to ask someone to be my best man. Offered to pay extra for it. Got told it would be delivered gift wrapped in tissue paper. Having spoken to the person it was delivered to, seems they just got delivered in a plastic bag. A bit disappointing and would have ordered elsewhere if I knew that's how they would be presented.”
