The eclectic mix of visiting the baker and his mum for breakfast coffee and cakes, followed by Cigong, meditation and a beach holiday made for an unforgettable experience enjoyed in a group of like-minded people who quickly became friends.”

My punishment was to wake to the sound of the sea and to watch the sun rise.
