Flowers arrived this morning from my son in San Francisco a birthday present for me. So disappointed with these flowers as 3of them were not even fit to be put into water. My son uses your company all the time but I will be advising him to no longer use your company I cannot justify him paying for a product that I feel that one is being ripped off. More than disappointed but going by reading the reviews I definitely see that I'm not on my own. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED.

Furious. You evil evil people. You delivered a card "you deserve flowers" without delivering either the flowers or the chocolates. I had to call my relative who thought I was being sarcastic when she was extremely sick. Nasty company. Avoid. I can't believe how evil that is. Seriously I am trembling with anger.

I am absolutely appalled by the dismal service I received from Serenata Flowers. My recent order turned into an absolute nightmare, and I am deeply dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled. I placed an order with Serenata Flowers, providing them with the correct delivery address for a university campus. The process seemed straightforward, and I had high hopes of brightening someone's day with a beautiful bouquet. Unfortunately, this experience has been anything but pleasant. First and foremost, Serenata Flowers failed miserably at their primary task – delivering the flowers to the correct location. Instead, they carelessly delivered my package to the wrong place, which resulted in significant inconvenience and embarrassment. It's baffling how such a simple task could go so terribly wrong. When I contacted Serenata Flowers to report the issue, I expected a swift and efficient resolution. However, I was met with nothing but frustration. Their customer service team claimed that I hadn't provided sufficient information, despite the fact that I had clearly provided the correct address and all necessary details during the order process. This blatant attempt to deflect responsibility is both infuriating and insulting. The lack of empathy and accountability displayed by Serenata Flowers is truly astonishing. As a customer, I expected them to take immediate action to rectify their mistake, such as arranging for a redelivery or refunding my order. Instead, they have chosen to evade responsibility and disregard my concerns. In conclusion, my experience with Serenata Flowers has been a complete disaster. Their inability to deliver my order to the correct location and their subsequent refusal to assist me in resolving the issue demonstrate a shocking level of incompetence and negligence. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Serenata Flowers to think twice and explore alternative options with more reliable and customer-oriented companies. Serenata Flowers, you have lost a customer for life, and I will be sure to share my horrendous experience with others to prevent them from enduring the same ordeal. I would never recommend this company to anyone, I ordered flower for next day delivery my after three days I contacted them. I did get a refund. Eight days later the flowers were left at the door. I am very angry, I was asking for a bouquet to be sent to her as apology, My daughter is thermally ill. Guess they don’t have a button on the call centre. Do Not order from them.

Time Wasted They have my money and no order is coming and now I cannot afford to get the flowers in time. A lot of my time was wasted. I spent time going round in circles just to place an order. Ultimately, I have now had to cancel that order (based on non-factual information) and if I want the delivery they want me to pay again whilst still having my money. I made a complaint and this was the resolution: Dear Arran, Thank you for your reply. I am writing to sincerely apologize that I did not explain myself well. I believe some bouquets are able to be selected the timed delivery option while some are not. To make up for the poor communication on my part, I have attached a selection of bouquets below that do have the timed delivery option available. I hope you will consider these as a suitable replacement to express your thoughtful wishes. Again, please accept my apologies for the lack of explanation earlier. Serenata Flowers is a great online flower shop for delivery. They have a good selection of beautiful bouquets that are delivered very quickly. The flowers are of good quality, and the bouquet stays fresh for a long time. I'm really impressed with Serenata Flowers. Their website offers a wide range of gorgeous bouquets for every occasion. I placed an order for flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my mother. The delivery was left on the doorstep without the courier knocking on the door or putting a note through the door. My mother was at home all day when they flowers should have been delivered and did not see them until 24 hours later by which time the flowers and chocolates were ruined. I contacted Serenta to complain and was told I need to provide photos of the damaged flowers, my mother is 80 years old and does not have a smart phone or tablet and I live in Australia. So they would not refund me for the flowers. Very disappointed with the service and I will not use them again.

Had some flowers bought for me by my Daughter & Son because our dog had died. Came home from collecting his ashes to find a wet & crushed box on the doorstep. Inside were half a dozen completely wilted flowers including 1 dead rose for a cost of £30. Utterly appalling and unacceptable. Customer services said wait 5 days and see what the are like then. I laughed out loud! I contacted the CEO of Seronata flowers (details from CEO.COM) to contact the top person directly which has worked many times before but had no reply. Says it all really.

Please do not ever use this company! The order form, delivery information is extremely misleading! I placed an order for a specific funeral, a specific time of day, and the order was not delivered until hours upon hours after. The family will never know I've sent something all the way front the US to Scotland! My original delivery date was also changed without my consent. I had to go back into my account to change it back. After contacting customer service they basically told me too bad. Terrible! Terrible!

This was the first time I had used Serenata. I live oversea. I have used other online flower providers before with great results - unfortunately they shut down due to covid and so I opted for this company as their online app seemed good. I ordered online to have flowers sent to my Mum in the UK for her birthday. The flowers arrived in a box, were in a very unhealthy state and did not recover with water and attention. Not the nice surprise I had planned for Mum's birthday at all. Customer service was responsive and sent a replacement, and different, bunch of flowers a couple of days later. Unfortunately it was a repeat of the first experience. On both occasions photographs were provided to verify my claim. I was ultimately given a refund but that was of no consolation. The intended experience was lost. There is something not right with this company's delivery method. I would recommend staying well clear if you want to surprise someone with an online order of nice flowers from Seranata.

My aunt sent flowers to my mum as my father had just passed away. The box was dumped on my neighbours drive in the rain. My neighbours tried to revive flowers but the box was destroyed, the sympathy card soaked, the flowers broken and wilted and the stick demolished. I sent a message with photos of the box and flowers in the destroyed wrapping and threw flowers in recycling bin as too upsetting receiving dead flowers when someone you love has just died. I was sent a message saying there was nothing they could do without a picture of said flowers in a vase so had to climb in recycling bin to get them out and arrange them and send photos. I got a curt reply saying on this occasion they would resend, no apology. Was so angry and upset after a difficult day with the funeral director. The flowers were meant to comfort and cheer us up. My aunt would be mortified as I’m sure they were expensive, we had to lie and thank her for them and say they were beautiful. A very unpleasant experience. Please don’t use these people. Use Bloom and Wild, have received two gorgeous bouquets from them!!!

Received Mother’s Day flowers in the post this afternoon my husband and son had ordered for me £30+ ‘bouquet’ of flowers and absolutely appalled ….. not only was it the smallest most pathetic looking bunch of flowers but 2 of the stems were completely dead and another was so broken it couldn’t be used. By comparison I got my mum the most beautiful huge bouquet from Tesco for £25 that is simply stunning in comparison!! Will absolutely never be using Serenata again, supermarkets are cheaper and far superior!

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. The idea of flowers to mark and event is that they are delivered on the day of the event. On the day of her birthday, I received an email saying they had attempted to deliver them but had failed. This wasn't true. No attempt to deliver was made and no other comntact or information was made available. When I contacted them the next day, they said they would try to deliver. I'm still waiting for them to be delivered. When I asked for an expalanation, the custoemr services person just said "I don't know". No attempt made to find out, to remedy the situation. All I got was a cut and paste of the terms and conditions saying that deliveries can be late. A day after the event the flowers are supposed to mark? Terrible service, they don;t care about customers and I will never use them again. Awful service.

Just cannot express enough just how horrific the service I had from this company. This was such a sensitive issue and am still in shock how bad they were. My stepfather passed away a few months back, and my mother has understandably been a mess since then. They were married for over 30 years, and this was her first Valentine’s Day without him. Obviously, a horrible day, so just as a small gesture, we ordered some flowers for my mum from her grandson (my son). I ordered them in plenty of time and was sent a text at roughly 1pm on the day saying they had been delivered. I spoke to my mum a few hours later and she had still not received them. Obviously, this also spoiled the surprise as I had to tell them about the flowers, but she confirmed nothing had arrived. About 5pm, I tried messaging them through their chat system, but they kept me in a queue for nearly an hour. I had to leave in the end as I needed to go to work, so I sent them an email explaining this and pretty much pleading with them to sort this out due to how sensitive the issue was. I appreciate mistakes get made, but how they’re dealt with defines a company in my opinion. I didn’t get an email from them until lunchtime the next day. There was no apology and they told me they would simply need to investigate with the driver before they could comment. I couldn’t understand this, they eventually sent me a photo of the flowers that had been delivered and left in a garden against the wall. I explained that this was not my mums house as she didn’t have gravel (which was in the photo) so they had clearly delivered it to the wrong address. It took about 5-6 messages before they admitted a mistake had been made. There was no apology, and the only 2 options they gave me was to have a refund (with no compensation) or they would deliver the same flowers as initially ordered, but 2 days later. Obviously, by this point, the order was pointless as they had ruined this surprise for my mum. And as it was late in the day, the day after Valentine’s Day, that it was confirmed that I would be getting no help or resolution, I couldn’t get any flowers ordered from anywhere else. Horrific company with no sensitivity or compassion whatsoever. I asked the person I spoke to what the complaint process was, and how I could escalate this, and she told me that it was only her, and there was nothing more anyone else could do. So please don’t comment on this post from the company that you’re sorry, it would just be fake at this stage.

Ordered flowers for delivery to crematorium, as I was short of time.I paid a total £52. Process was easy & they were delivered on time. However, when I arrived at the crematorium and viewed my flowers alongside those of others I was ashamed of the sad little offering that had been sent with my name on it. How I wish I'd just nipped into Tesco, or even a service station. For half what I had paid, I could have got a really beautiful bouquet. My advice? Don't touch them with a barge poll.

I purchased flowers for valentines day the day before showing online that gree of charge it was almost guaranteed to be delivered. It is now the 15th at 1800 almost and still not here. A manager online said, via email as no contact number, that I should have read all of the legal jargon other than it said it would deliver in time between 8 and 8 so will not get a refund until 24hrs have passed the actual delivery time.

My boyfriend ordered flowers from Serenata for valentines and it was confirmed on email as delivered to the recipient when it wasn't. I turned for customer support and they sent me a picture where the flowers was left outside IN THE OPEN FOR ANYONE TO GET ON VALENTINES DAY. I obviously asked for a refund as this was really negligent and customer support did not even apologise about what happened and is refusing for a refund for something that was never delivered to its recipient. CLEARLY, they don't care about their customers and is not very responsible. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this shop to anyone. No one needs disappointment.
