“Drivers were great, but working under difficult circumstances, as office staff seem to be incapable of getting anything right! You would have thought that copying my name, house name, address and telephone number would be crucial to the success of their business, but somehow somebody managed to get all three wrong, and the name of the sending company wrong as well. So four essential pieces of information completely wrong: it is a miracle my expensive bench even arrived at all. It would not have done if it had not been for a helpful neighbour who pointed the driver in the right direction. And the office staff got my address wrong on two occasions previously, even though they had my correct details right in front of them each time, so they don't even learn from their mistakes, they just get worse. A thoroughly frustrating experience due to staff who seem to be either totally illiterate or need glasses.”

“Organised for my pallet to get picked up on the wednesday waited in all day for them to arrive, didn't show so i phoned them up they said they didn't have a driver so it would be tomorrow, waited in again today and guess what they still didn't turn up, shocking customer service the lady on the phone is so arrogant would never use them again or the company who "didn't have a driver" which is palletways absolutely shocking experience avoid like the plague”

“Mitchells of Mansfield I had a substantial problem with a consignment arranged with ‘Sendapallet’ (Mitchells of Mansfield) two weeks ago. I paid extra for a pallet and for their ‘premium service’ to ensure fast delivery. The collection company, Ketra, did not bring the pallet which I had paid for. They said that the instruction from Mitchells was in very small print so they missed it. Mitchells said that Ketra would come back later with the pallet, but this did not happen. In the end, after many calls, I spoke to a helpful lady at Ketra. She could not get a vehicle to me. However, after I asked, she agreed that I could bring the consignment to their depot in Thamesmead myself, a two hour round trip. The Mitchells office staff (two ladies) would not accept responsibility for this issue and took no effective steps to resolve it, other than supplying a phone number, telling me that “These things happen”. In the end I was able to resolve it myself so that the consignment reached Wales the next day. Mitchell’s recorded telephone message says how reliable they are. This was not my experience. I have since emailed twice about this and received no reply.”

“Customer service tephone number don't work, constanlly engaged. Supposed to get the goods last week Thursday. Please don't wasted your time, money and nerve. Completely useless company. They never contacted me back. It is week later and no goods delivered !!!!!”

“Payed extra for premium delivery on the Monday, the pallet turned up Tuesday afternoon, no phone call or email to say it was going to be a full day late! !!!”

“I am only giving them one star as there isn't an option to give no stars. Collected a pallet from me. I paid for 48 hour delivery and that was three weeks ago. No sign of my pallet being delivered and given the run around by the customer services. I'm about to lose a £1600 sale because of their incompetence.”

“On 02/07/18 I ordered from the Sendapallet site a palleted transport consigment no SAP031246 from Port Talbot but they took 2 pallets in instead of one, Today is 07/07/18 and the palette has not yet come, I have lost time and money because of this intermediate company, the worst experience for me so far!”

“Simple and easy to order a pallet to be collected and delivered. The courier collected the pallet with ease. There was tracking information which I could follow online. The delivery address was to Isle of Man. It was delivered within 5 days. Brilliant job. Highly recommended.”

“The oven left Edinburgh in one piece and arrived in London the following day in two pieces. It had obviously tumbled over and was dented and bowed. Unfortunately it was not placed on a pallet at pick up but when it arrived it was wrapped tightly obscuring any damage. I did not get to see the damage for a day or two and then when requesting compensation was told I had to have made a complaint within four days which had passed. My package arrived, hence the adequate score, but I will try another supplier next time.”

“The delivery didnt arrive on the day arranged. I phoned to ask when i should expect the goods and was told around 5pm. It is now 8.20 and still no delivery. Appalling.”
