“Your flowers are always fresh and delivered on time. A suggestion - improve your website so that I can get my recipient’s address from my address book. I currently have to type it all in each time.”

“Flowers arrived 3 days late, not very fresh, they were not the ones that were ordered.. Contacted Guernsey who sent a replacement out. All in all I found it quite embarrassing and annoying. Will not be using you again.”
