There is no response to our customer service support email, we followed all of the instructions to reset the hooverboard & it doesnt work. We havent even used it as it wouldnt start up from the 1st day. We have called the customer service number & were told to resend the email we did this & still no response.

Please do not use Segbo. We are still in the process of trying to recover our money. With a month’s lead time, delivery wasn’t going to be in time for our son’s birthday so we cancelled the order and bought from another vendor. The item was delivered after our son’s birthday so we refused it at the doorstep and it was returned to Segbo. They promised to refund the money but never did and then stopped responding. I have contacted the CEO on Linkedin who initially responded, but who has also since stopped replying. AVOID.

Firstly, the hoverboard was delivered 5 days later than the 48 hr delivery promised and so didn't arrive in time for my sons birthday party. Secondly, the Monster Hovercart that was advertised as part of the bundle package (or any refund) still hasn't materialised nearly 2 MONTHS later? It seems this company is making promises they can't keep!?! SEGBO please provide the goods that were paid for or a refund!

terrible service, hoverboard charger broke, we sent the hoverboard back , when it was eventually returned to us one side of the hoverboard wasnt working , segbo are now insisting that we pay to send the hoverboard back... we just want it returned and our money back . Nobody answers the phone .

Do not order from this company. They are terrible. They take orders they can’t fulfil and promise deliver date after delivery date. When you do finally get the item and you return it they confirm receipt and don’t refund. Still waiting for a refund from an item returned 29th December. Don’t reply to emails and impossible to get on the phone. AVOID

Great service, easy to order, next day delivery and my daughter absolutely loves the hoverboard. Will definitely recommend and no doubt I'll be ordering from here again for my other children now they have tried this one.

I ordered G2 PRO plus for my son with a Hoverkart on Wednesday for Birthday on Saturday, I called the company and confirmed the delivery time, they told me that they had their shipment delayed on Xmas time due to the delays and strikes on port but they have all available in stock I will receive my delivery in 48 hours. I anxiously waited and guess what I actually received my full bundle on Friday by DHL. I would be honest that there are some other companies selling cheap hoverboards but quality on this hoverboard and very good. I am glad that I bought from Segbo as service and quality provide was brilliant, Thanks to Chris for clearing my doubts. Would recommended definitely!!.

Hooverboard and kart purchased for santa. Took 3 months to arrive and the hooverboard stopped working after 3 days. Cannot get a resolution and emails are being ignored even after we have returned the item. They now have our payment and our item!

Bought 2 for grandchildren last Christmas - two months on one is not working and despite repeated communication with company still have one non working unit and one unhappy grandchild. 3 stars are for the one that is working is great fun. Real shame as these are expensive toys and would have expected better after sales!

Purchased both the hoverboard and hoverkart for my 8yr old daughter - absolutely loves it! Great build quality, long battery life and even good across hoggin country paths. The kart adds a totally new experience - super fast so probably best outside! My wife and I have even mastered the hoverboard (eventually!)

So happy to have bought 2 of these for our 11yr old they have had so much fun using these keeping them entertained for hours! They were great with the attachments until they got used to standing up on them independently. Great for races together even us adults were able to join in the fun. Working great on the grass, concrete, private roads and in the house.
