“We was kept informed along the way. We knew there was a delay with despatch when we placed the order. Good quality, the boards are very quiet, I can't comment on the customer service as I haven't needed to, but this could only be a good thing hey 😉”

“order arrived quickly and was well packaged in 2 separate parcels. The segway needed to be charged when unpacked but I would expect that to be the case, but it was in great condition. The hoover cart attachment needed to built, and it took a bit brain power to make sure they were the right up/round. but once we worked out how it was supposed to look it went well. my 10year old twins have absolutley loved playing with it and really love having the music playing as they are whizzing about.”

“A great way to spend some family time learning a new skill over lockdown, we are very happy with this product and the kart is good quality compared to most on the market. Only one issue, the straps provided are weak and need replacing frequently. I had to buy replacement straps from somewhere else that were stronger!”

“Great price for hoverboard go-kart add on. Bought 2 of these. Fit great onto the hoverboard and work really well. Delivered on time and customer service was very good.”

“I purchased these for my three kids for Christmas. They arrived in plenty of time & they were a massive hit!! So much fun & quick to master. Only problem is the Velcro straps to hold th go kart on don’t last very well. Replacements are cheap to buy on eBay but would be nice to put some spares in with the product.”

“I was extremely pleased with the updates at every step of purchase, payment and delivery. I felt I was informed every step of the way right up to the product being delivered. At a later date I needed customer support to replace a part of the product and this was answered the same day and a new part sent out swiftly with no quibble and no questions despite it being the Christmas holidays.”

“Firstly, my son is very, very happy with his Segbo. He’d be out on it every day if he could. There have been some challenges on the way. This started with some poor comms around delivery lead times. We were going to get it way before Xmas, then the colour we wanted was not in stock and then it was and we’d have it before Xmas. All very stressful. Second, upon unpacking it on Xmas day there was some minor damage to the plastic sleeve connecting with he two ends of the kart together. In fairness, this was dealt with swiftly and a new sleeve delivered FOC. All in all, I’m generally happy with the product and service.”

“Bought this for my 12 year old son got Christmas. Every day since he has said it is the best present he has EVER had and that even includes his PlayStation and phone! He LOVES it. Had one issue with the hoverboard which we emailed customer services about and they responded extremely quickly and were very helpful to resolve the problem. Just needed a master reset. Would highly recommend!”
