Morning Joseph I hope you are well. I have just checked this with our customer service team and can see that your enquiry has been responded to first thing this morning. Your email was sent during our Black Friday event which is an extreamly busy time for us and we are working through emails as fast as we possibly can. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused however can confirm we will work with you to get this issue corrected ASAP. Just to add to the above after our phonemail earlier today Joseph that I can confirm a full refund has been issued for your order including the shipping costs. This is due to you receiving the last size available in this style and a exchange not being possible. Due to the item having a small defect we are unable to re-sell this t-shirt knowing the slight damage it has, meaning that there is no need to return the item to us and your more than welcome to keep the t-shirt despite a full refund being issued to attempt a wash and see if the marks are able to come out which we hope they do!
