“So i placed an order of 1 setting powder and the other was a huda pallet. Only the huda pallete was inluded in the parcell and it wasnt even a genuine pallet. Iv got an xact same pallete from the store and its ben compared, obviously fake. Iv tried contacting them, sent email, insta message and on facebook. Buy they are not getting back to me. There is absolutely no way of getting in contact with them directly. They dont even have a contact number. Scam”
“The Palette I ordered has arrived however all broken , I understand it might not be the company’s fault however there is absolutely no way to contact them. I’m now stuck with a broken item I payed for and they are completely ignoring my emails my messages on Facebook (as it was instructed to contact them ) the only message I received back was on Instagram and it was to say to contact them on Facebook which I already did and had no reply for a week now. If you want to order something don’t order palettes maybe something else if you didn’t think it will be broken.”
