“Very happy with the product. The packaging is awesome as it’s recyclable. The teabag gift and newspaper is a lovely touch as well. However for a company that is literally down the road from me the delivery was slow.”

“Lovely linen. Always packaged nicely. Have had only one problem with one flat sheet. It just wasn't square, cut poorly. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to re-order so had to keep it. I have since placed another and quality was good”

“The antique rose colourway is actually lavender/light purple. It is not rose and should be renamed, as the image doesn't represent the colour rightly. Material seemed nice but will be returning as bought it to match a pink throw.”

“I do love the towels I bought from Secret Linen. They are soft and luxurious. I only have one caveat, which is why I haven't ticked 5 stars: I had to fasten the bath sheet around me with a clip, rather than just the tuck that I usually do and I ended up unpicking some of the threads. This was probably my fault, but it has never happened to me with any other towels.”

“I absolutely love your linen bedding - and have bought three sets of it over the last 3 months for myself and others! My only frustration is with the ‘discount’ marketing which seems inconsistent with the values I have wanted to associate with your business. For my first purchase I felt pressured into an 'x% discount ends now, order by y date for Christmas delivery’, which was then followed by a different offer which was clearly available for Christmas delivery a few days later. Since then I have felt bombarded by further 10% discount offers by whenever, which just leaves me feeling that it’s all a bit ungenuine, and I’m almost reluctant to order anything else because I’m not sure if there is going to be a better offer round the corner. Hope you find this feedback helpful. Helen (Annie L's mum - it was a gift)”

“Superb customer service. We ordered a bedding set. Quality is excellent, just feels so nice. Unfortunately we didn't properly check the sizes and our duvet cover was much too big. We had a very helpful and friendly response and an offer to swap. We've since ordered another set because we liked it so much.”

“I rarely use the word excellent as few things truly are but it’s a damn close thing here. Delighted by the quality, gorgeous colours, availability of SQUARE pillows in those colours, simplicity of design, proper big mouthed duvet covers so you don’t have a fight to the death to get the duvet in. No need to iron but if you fancy it as I do with pillow cases ( including starching yet ) comes out fine. Reasonable prices and no snobbery. The only gripe, why no turquoise eh? So very best wishes for your continued trading in these dodgy times.”
