The service was excellent and friendly, but I am very disappointed with the linen pillow cases I bought. They had a very unpleasant smell when I unwrapped them. I washed them immediately which got rid of the smell, but it was only then that I realised how course the fabric is. I have bought linen bedding elsewhere for a similar price and that fabric is much smoother and gentler on the skin. I am doubly disappointed because your range of colours is fantastic and I was looking forward to choosing more linen.

Our item feels scrtachty. We ordered a 600TC fitted sheet which wasn't cheap expected it to feel amazing but we were very dissapointed.

I ordered a fitted sheet for a European sized bed. The sheet was advertised as fitting European bed but it is much too big! I do not recommend this product, nor this site.

The service and delivery was as expected. Unfortunately I'm not as happy with the bedding set. Looked lovely when it came, once washed and ironed, it looks permanently creased and gets even more creased once slept in. The fitted sheet is also a very loose fit, which again just looks untidy.

Beautifully packed and very happy it came with so little plastic. Initially I was super happy with my purchase but after my first use I have noticed bubbling on the fitted sheet (something I usually get on woolen jumpers from friction). This has never happened to any of my other sheets. It is also way too big. Maybe I accidentally received the wrong size. A bit disappointing.

Dear Molly & Harriet, I was very happy with the packaging and the fabric, But there is an issue with the pillow covers, the flap inside that supposed to hold the pillow in place in the cover is too short and the pillows are constantly coming out of the cover, I ordered a duvet cover and 3 pillow covers and im using it in different type of pillows, and the same happens with all the pillows. My Flatmate ordered from you before and he had the same Issue and mentioned but I decided to order the pillow covers anyway. Now I need to buy pillow covers from a different provider. Im very dissatisfied with this considering the price of your product. The ones I ordered are also listed as “Black” but in reality they are dark grey, I like the fabric but it is misleading. I thought taking the pillow cover to someone with a sewing machine to fix them for me. I really was expecting a top quality product when I ordered from you. Not very happy with this.

Pillow does not meet standard I expected. Ordered a firm pillow and it is far from it. Pretty disappointed in all honesty. Understandably longer wait due to COVID which is absolutely fine.

Ordered on October 1st, delivered on October 28th. Of the four items only one was correct, now have to wait in to have the correct items delivered (how can it only take 4 days to get the correct items delivered this time, when it took four weeks initially?) Not a great first experience.

Lovely website to navigate, easy to order but sadly very disappointed with the bed llinen of sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases as the fabric is very coarse and rough feeling- not at all the soft high quality I was expecting- especially given the price... really wanted to love them but I don’t.

I ordered pinstripe linen in pale grey and duck egg. The grey looked lovely on the bed but sleeping in them was not as I expected. The stripe is slightly raised so gives quite a rough feel . After a week on the bed and I noticed sevel pulled theads on the sheet and duvet cover. I am really dissappointed in this expensive bedlinen is not as I wanted. I have not opened the duck egg and considering returning it is for our guest room so dissappointing as I have been looking for this look and colours for a while.

Disappointed, the fabric very thin and could see through it, blush pink colour very wishy washy and patchy in place, like an old tea rag, had pay £8.50 to return them through Hermes.

The quality of your products are wonderful and I really wanted to put that you are Excellent BUT I still haven’t had my refund for the curtains. I have emailed you and left a message on your answer machine, with no response from yourselves. I want to say that I’m going to order bedlinen and curtains when we move but if I don’t get my refund shortly, I sadly won’t be doing that. Thank you Mandy Hill

Delivery times not quoted when you order did not expect to have to wait 3 weeks. Only confirmed after payment has been made. Throw delivered is different colour to that shown on the website. Linen bedding very good.

Quality ok, but customer understanding very poor. By second delivery expected same discount and free of charge delivery , because you did not had the item in stock.
