“Delivery was poorly managed. The delivery man phoned at 7.30 am which I missed becuase there was no ring. Then when I realised that I had missed a call and I called him back at 8.30 am, he said that he is already on site waiting for me. So, I went there and he was nowhere to be seen. After several additional phone calls, he eventually arrived at about 10 am which means that I and 3 other persons had to wiat for about one and a half hour for delivery when he said that he is already on site. Then the anchors were not included in the delivery. what a terrible service.”

In addition, when I put the notice board up, I noticed that I must have thrown away the plastic corners which covered the screw holes by accident. I can only apologise, but I understand the replacement item was shipped the same day for delivery and the wrong colour item was collected within less than 48hours. This was a picking error and occaasinonly this does happen and I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused.

“I bought the Marlos Mesh office chair. Delivery was around a week after order but tracking delivery time was not available so I had no idea when it was going to come until the day before when I had a text but even then no time window for delivery was provided which is always a bit of a nuisance as you have to stay in and wait.
The chair comes in a well packed box with each individual item separately wrapped. The assembly instruction sheet is one of the best I have ever come across with very clear diagrams and each step is perfectly described. The bolts, washers and screw covers are on a separate card each labelled precisely so you know exactly what to do. Spares for each item are provided
in a separate bubble so you don't have to worry if you lose or spoil one for some reason. Assembly is slightly awkward aligning the back and the seat but otherwise it is a doddle and when assembled you realise what a great chair it is. It feels well made and is comfortable. I particularly chose this one as I needed the arms to fold away when not needed and it fulfils this brief beautifully. Well worth the extra from the cheaper chairs you can get (which I was replacing). Overall a very good experience form Seated Furniture but maybe worth your improving your delivery tracking. “Easy to order online and good quality product.
It was delivered on 16th July after I was told to expect it in week beginning 19th July and I could have been away. It was not put in the unlocked porch as requested (and shown on PDF Invoice) but that note did not appear on the addresses on the packaging....that could have been a problem as the package was left outside but no blame to the person who delivered it.
I received a PDF of the invoice "INV-036835" today but only the Seated Furniture logo and red letter message that this '….is copy for your VAT records' prints out, so I am unable to hold printed details of your invoice with my name address and the ARMCH order. However payment of £119.46 went from my account 13.07.2021. and this is recorded
on my credit card payments and I have details of the item on the despatch note I am happy with the end result, thank you.”
“I ordered a Panther 24h office chair, very pleased with it. The service was good, I initially asked if it would be next day delivery and was told it would be next day if I ordered before 12 noon. It arrived via UPS and was next business day. I would recommend.”
