“I bought the Marlos Mesh office chair. Delivery was around a week after order but tracking delivery time was not available so I had no idea when it was going to come until the day before when I had a text but even then no time window for delivery was provided which is always a bit of a nuisance as you have to stay in and wait.
The chair comes in a well packed box with each individual item separately wrapped. The assembly instruction sheet is one of the best I have ever come across with very clear diagrams and each step is perfectly described. The bolts, washers and screw covers are on a separate card each labelled precisely so you know exactly what to do. Spares for each item are provided
in a separate bubble so you don't have to worry if you lose or spoil one for some reason. Assembly is slightly awkward aligning the back and the seat but otherwise it is a doddle and when assembled you realise what a great chair it is. It feels well made and is comfortable. I particularly chose this one as I needed the arms to fold away when not needed and it fulfils this brief beautifully. Well worth the extra from the cheaper chairs you can get (which I was replacing). Overall a very good experience form Seated Furniture but maybe worth your improving your delivery tracking. “Had stock where others did not. Broken functionality on the web site forced me to call, but they were good once I reached the. Chair was dispatched late due to COVID and they did nothing to communicate proactively so I had to chase. They were very good in helping me find out once I chased”
