“Gary the surveyor can’t measure .All 4 of the worktops were not measured correctly.Gary then disappeared and left others to deal with his faults. Plus point ,the fitters were great.”

“Big fan of IKEA. Unfortunately my last visit was not so good . Purchased a kitchen dresser while the girl who dealt with us was pleasant & sufficient when it came to paying it was a night mare . Ask for manager who seemed to want to sort the problem from his office over the phone.. Took well over one hour at checkout dont usually complain, costumers service very poor. To the manager of the Belfast store honestly I'm not a bad person was never going to bit you. Only wanted problem solved. 😭”

“Both lads who came to measure and fit were a pleasure to deal with and kept us informed re. arrival time etc. The utility surface has been templated and fitted faultlessly. The kitchen splashback behind cooker would have been better if fitted right to edge of wall cupboards instead of gap either side, this was perhaps an oversight on templating as space between wall cupboards on either side of cooker is wider than cooker itself. The upstand has a 7mm gap from wall at one end of u-shape, splitting the silicone and pulling the base cabinet away from the wall. The silicone here is much wider than the opposite side of the kitchen. The joins are indeed seamless, as your name suggests and overall the surface gives a good finish.”

“This company was professional from start to finish. We were kept informed at all times and work went ahead as scheduled with no problems whatsoever.
