“Dinah Harros was our mortgage broker and she was extremely polite, professional and diligent. She took time to really listen and understand our financial situation and recommend the perfect mortgage product for us. Dinah was easy to contact and quick to respond. She carefully explained the mortgage quote and next steps. We felt very assured that her advice was solid and we would highly recommend Dinah and this company.”

“FANTASTIC AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Unfortunately the purchase of our new home was rather difficult, we had devaluations and chains falling through, so to say the least it was testing!! we had a very stressful, hard 7 months to get to the end. Without the continuous support of Jennifer and Jason, I'm really not sure how we would have managed it, they went above and beyond to support us in so many ways and Jennifer was absolutely amazing, the poor lady put up with me calling and emailing her constantly and sometimes I'm sure she wanted to scream at me but she didn't, she was so professional, understanding, proactive and calming - she honestly was brilliant. I would recommend this company over and over again, it's the second time we have used them, once for a remortgage and every interaction with the has been outstanding customer service. Jennifer and Jason are a credit to the company. Thank you for everything you done to help with the purchase of our new forever home.”

“Not what I expected. As a first time buyer, I based my expectations on advice I received from others. My understanding was that the benefit of using an advisor was that they would complete all the paperwork. I can't fault the initial response, my mortgage was attained very quickly, but once it was, they seemed to lose all interest. I got sick of waiting so I completed the solicitors' forms myself. I am yet to have a survey carried out as the recommended company can't provide one for well over a month. I'm left feeling like I don't know what I'm paying for.”

“A fabulous company to deal with who put my mind at ease and everything that they required in the manner of documentation was never a problem, Matt, Leanne and Wendy kept in constant contact with me and gave me a 5 star service, in actual fact it was a 10 star service. They assured me that they could help me secure a new mortgage despite difficulties in the past and they delivered on all levels. I knew quite quickly that I had the right company working for me and it was a complete pleasure to bring this company on board and would never ever hesitate again to use them again should the need arise. “Absolutely fantastic staff! I stumbled across Scunthorpe Money Man on google, with just one call the ball was rolling...fast, efficient, friendly and supportive. People say mortgage applications are stressful and boy they are not wrong but with the help of Scunthorpe Money Man we now have our Mortgage Offer and are a few steps away from signing for our first house!!
