“Breaking News: I'm a FAN of ScriptUP! The feature film report I received on my script was, in a word, superb. My reader, Harry Nott, gave feedback and insight that was relevant and insightful, across the board. I've been down similar roads where you doubt the reader even gave you an honest read, or whether (like it or not) they even "got" your script, and that just leaves you empty, and questioning every single comment. To the contrary, Harry dug right in and I think every comment of his was relevant and helpful. I'm not saying that it was lip-service commentary, rather he honed right in on problem areas, whether I truly recognized them or not, and gave pointed advice toward a solution. Our video call was a great conversation, that helpfully adds the personal tone and vibe only a nice conversation can accomplish. “It is a strange feeling for me to request such a service. It's like calling your dentist and asking for a root canal. It is necessary, but it will be painful. However, I couldn't be more pleased with the result. First, getting the notes. Super clear and well thought out. Harry Nott, the reader, was spot on for weaknesses, but he also gave me all the confidence to find a way out. I was happy to find a solution on the zoom call by discussing it with him live. I'm doing a new draft, but I have the confidence to be close to the end.”

“Impressive website. Once I had submitted my script I had a quick and friendly response confirming it’s receipt and introduction from Harry who reviewed it. The report is well laid out and made great suggestions for development. The video call further emphasised this and was nice to speak in person about ideas and suggestions to take the script to the next level. Very pleased!”
