“Awful company! Jason who contacted me was rude and aggressive. I had arranged for the car to be collected, no one showed up so I rang Jason and he said the driver tried to call (I had no voicemails). No apology, no assistance, nothing! He then did not reply to messages or calls. I then managed to get through and explained my disappointment he continued to blame me and told me he didn’t want my business. No one told me I had to answer an unknown caller for my car to be collected - I’m meant to be read their minds apparently!!! . Had a lucky escape from the reviews here and elsewhere. AVOID AVOID AVOID !! He was so rude he actually upset me. Can’t believe the level of customer service, never have I experienced anything like it!”

“Agreed price online with Jason. Arranged pick up. No show! Contacted by phone and told problems with driver. Told they'd come next day instead. Again a no show! No response now to texts. Why do they mess people around like this and waste their time? Just dont bother with this company folks. If i could give a zero star i would...but then you cant place a review to warn others! They need investigating!”

“I got a quote. I accepted the offer. I replied. I got a text, suggested pick up time. I expected it to be picked up. I msde all the necessary arrangements and changes with appointments to accommodate. They did not contact me hslf an hour before as arranged. I sent s text. I had a phone call back from s lsdy saying they tried to contact me but had trouble with their mobiles. I was told they couldn't get the car picked up because the driver couldn't call me! It was arranged for the next day. I again changed my arrangements. So did other people involved. I sent a text requesting confirmation- accepted by text! No one came. I sent more texts - no replies. No answer from phones! Where was "Jason"? Where was "Demi"? I was not happy! Day 3 produced nil responses . My car had to be moved. After hours of waiting, I cancelled to " deal" by text! No response. I lost business. I lost time. I lost money! Where did they go? To whom can I report this disgusting business before others are let down also? Also, " Scrapthatcar", " "Scrapmycar", "Scrapanycar" all seem to one of the same- some investigation is needed!”

“Done a quote online was contacted to say my car would be collected at a date and time convenient for me no one turned up when arranged called and was told the driver was stuck in Manchester which is fine arranged to be collected the next day between 11-1 waited in again and no one turned up called to ask if there is a delay no answer sent a txt no reply still haven’t heared off anyone! Wouldn’t recommend customer service and communication is awful”

“I would recommend these guys, service was very good and hassle-free from start to finish and offered a better rate for my car than other scrap companies I had got quotes from. They arrived this morning as arranged, they filled out the paperwork and the money was transferred into my account there and then within minutes, no messing around. Both the men collecting my vehicle were friendly and helpful. Thanks guys”

“Just scraped my Renault Megane with these, Paul the fella who come to my address was absolutely amazing so professional and got the job done very quick. They gave me the cash as soon as the job was completed and never knocked any money from the orgianal price I was quote. Can’t thank Paul enough he was a brilliant lad, so genuine and really hard working.”
