To be honest I’m not at all impressed
Firstly The goods I received was only 1 of a set 2 ( which
I received a refund but unfortunately the set is totally useless to me with out the full set.
Secondly the other set which had the full set came with a broken catch ? Which I’m still awaiting a refund?
I have written to Jools who firstly said a new item was going to be delivered and I give the old one back.
Now she says that there is not a spare and said she would get a replacement catch and I fix it my self,, I bought a new item and expect a new item undamaged it is not my responsibility to repair catches.
I’m still awaiting for a resolution or response ?
Overall my experience as been a nightmare and one I wish I had not got involved in.
I could not recommend this company at all.

Initially great service and prompt delivery, however the mirror ordered has arrived damaged, albeit minor chipping all around the frame. The mirror was very well packaged and was taken care of in storage until opened so I can only assume the damage happened prior to delivery. I have contacted scoutabout and currently waiting for a response.

Cabinet is ok but not sure why it’s sold as a shoe cabinet!!! Shoes do not fit!!!

On October 24th, the first day of my holiday in Vietnam, the logistics company I used for all my deliveries went bankrupt without warning. I therefore spent most of the rest of my holiday recovering stock, finding a new courier, arranging for my existing stock to be relocated and re-catalogued, and catching up on deliveries. All of this meant that some of my existing orders were subject to long delays. I tried to keep all of my customers informed of the situation, but inevitably, there were some people who had to wait longer than normal for the deliveries. I apologise whole heartedly to any customers who were inconvenienced. I have been in business for over ten years, pour my heart and soul into my business, and always try to meet the highest level of customer service. I am delighted to say that the situation has been resolved and I have a new courier up and running. Thanks to everyone for their patience.

Took 2 deliveries as tried to deliver out of arranged time slot. Was missing a screw which then had to be posted out.

Placed an order in August and am still waiting for delivery. I have been satisfactorily been kept up to date but am seriously contemplating a refund.

Pictures did not look like item in real life. Large charges for courier collection.
