“Feature rich API. Convincing showcase where you can easily extract sample code from. For 3D plots (scatter / surface) with large amounts of points you need proper graphics hardware for smooth panning / scrolling / zooming. Very good support: - answer within a day - solution often within a day - fixes delivered through nightly builds.”

“I'm using SciCharts for mobile and it is very buggy. Not much documentation is present for non basic users. SciChart support can take a long time to resolve issues but other times does really well.”

We did reach out to this user (who has reported issues on our support desk), unfortunately we were unable to reproduce the issue that they experienced in our examples or test-cases (a blank chart) and they did not provide steps to reproduce as requested, so our team were unable to help. We did reply a little late to the author hence his justified review, and for that we apologise. We always strive to provide excellent service, and if we fail, we will improve. Finally, lots of work is going into SciChart iOS+Android v3 including a complete re-work of the iOS charts to remove SCIGenericType, unifying & sharing C++ code with Android & WPF for resampling, adding 3D Chart types and improving the usability of the chart for developers. Part of this will be docs and how-to guides which will get the same treatment, so watch this space!

“I evaluated several products for a WPF charting component. Almost all of them would fall over after a couple hundred points, nevermind the millions that scichart can handle. Their support is fantastic as well, we usually get a solution by the next day, or if there is a bug, generally fixed either in the overnight build or by the next release.”

“This will be really hard to put into words but in my last assignment, charts where EVERYTHING my customer was interested in. I tried most of the chart libraries available and even made some custom ones myself. After only a day of using SciChart I was convinced, all of the applications I had previously developed needed to be re-worked with SciChart, all of the problems I had been having for several years where solved, I didn't need to limit my datasets anymore and this made me 10 times as productive as a developer. I love you guys and the support I got was fenomenal. Can't wait to have another assignment where I can put your libraries to use!”

“We were trying to create continuously updating line charts with over 100,000 data points. All of the "other" WPF charting tools we tried were giving us problems such as memory leaks, lock-ups, and generally slow performance. Not only has SciChart solved our problems, but we’ve been able to plot over 1,000,000 data points in a chart that updates at ½ second intervals. We are very happy with SciChart!”

“We are using both the 2D and 3D SDK for a data visualization and manipulation in a new WPF application. We selected SciChart after evaluation a number of packages on the market, and SciChart seemed clearly the best, both in terms of functionalities and performance. The package is accompanied with good tutorials and a fine searchable knowlaedge base with lots of technical and detailed help. We have also used support a few times, and are impressed by the quick responses that we have obtained.”

“TL;DR version: IMHO, best chart controls available today on the market! Now, for those who really wants to know what I mean: We were working on a very large WPF project for our customer. We had all sorts of requirements for charts: from a simple bars chart to a custom chart that shows us domain specific data. In addition, we had a chart that potentially had to show around 100K points in under 1 second. Moreover, the point is not a static sized point, but its size was changed by the metadata it held. SciChart absolutely killed it!!! A bit pros and cons, Pros: - Very fast rendering. - Lots of features - Flexible! We had to change a lot of the default behaviors, and once you understand how SciChart works, it was pretty easy to do. - Support. Let me say that again: SUPPORT! A lot of chart controls are great, but not a lot of chart controls have such a great support! No issue is too small for the support team. They are willing to help with any small question we had and made their best to help us with the big issues we had as well. Cons: - There are some bugs that we had to create workarounds for them. But since we had a very specific requirements, I believe most users won't face those bugs. Nevertheless, it something that I think was worth mentioning. Bottom line, The deadlines were tight and we wouldn't make it without SciChart controls. I'd like to thank the guys from SciChart for doing such an awesome job! Keep it up!”

“Fast! Not found any comparable alternative regarding speed. SCI Chart encapsulates a lot of styling, if you want different styling eg. white background, no border, it takes some effort.”

“I have started using WPF Scichart for a scientific research application. It has made my life so much easier. I can keep all my data visualisation within .net and not have to introduce a whole new environment with all the associated difficulties. Bit of a steep learning curve but the examples suite is absolutely great and really useful. All in all a great and complete product that produces a wide range of quality charts, suitable for publishing.”

Their great examples always give a good starting point, and anything we have tried to do beyond the basics, they have been happy to help. “This has been a great product, I was looking for performance and was entirely satisfied . I use this WPF product in several different Window's based products I give to customers and they are always happy with the look and feel. The documentation was a little weak when the last major update occurred but the examples were adequate to get me where I wanted to go. The product is very flexible and the templates good enough to use right out of the box. Continued support, development, and bug fixes have been very good.”

“I've been a customer of SciChart for over three years. It is by far the best software component of any type I've ever used in my 30+ software development career. First off, the samples are comprehensive and address many of the situations and design details you'll likely address when integrating Scichart into your software. Second, the forums have more help and easily accessible code samples then just about nay forum or support system for other companies components I've used. Finally when all of that doesn't help their support is right there to listen and give you direction. Oh and with all that, the product is very quick on top of it all.”

“SciChart is one of the best libraries we've used in our products. The API makes sense and practically ever feature we've wanted is already available and well documented. The SciChart team has also been very responsive to our questions and helped us to resolve our issues quickly. When we first purchased SciChart two years ago, our company was a bootstrapped startup that worried about every single penny. We wrestled with a few free alternatives for several weeks; but after trying SciChart, we realized that we'd ultimately save money and ship our software faster by investing in such an easy-to-use library. I really can't recommend it enough!”
