“Snapback are excellent, our house always smelling great! I purchased the spray bottle for the first time, the scent was great (fluffy towels - really fresh) but im finding the trigger on bottle not the best unfortunately! If this can be Improved as it tends to stick, then doesn't spray mist but releases liquid!”

“Really hate to leave a bad review this is the second time ordering- I’m not sure if you have changed the wax or something but of all the 10 scents I have ordered I have tried a snap out of 5 different scents and the scent throw is none existant? I’ve tried fresh linen- after first burn no smell at all. Vanilla- same as above Bum bum- strong lovely smell at first then disappears Pink tulips- one burn then have to change to get the scent Can’t remember what else I’ve tried but all the same problem unfortunately When snapping a piece off it also fell into two pieces- this is classed as a waxident.”

Our Wax remains unchanged from your previous order, as the numerous positive 5-star reviews and feedback we consistently receive affirm its effectiveness. It is in both our and our customers' best interest to maintain a product that has proven to work so well. Regarding the Waxident, it's worth noting that while some companies may sell imperfect Wax Melts as Waxidents, we do not. All our wax is dispatched in flawless condition. As you mentioned, the breakage occurred when you snapped the wax, not that the wax sent in this condition therefore the term Waxident has been used in wrong context.
