Hi Gloria I have looked into this, I can see DHL attempted to deliver on 3 occasion but you was not in to accept the delivery. I have resent the order back to you, I can see it has now been delivered. “Item never received. Emailed company who never got back to me. I then called and they then didn't have the stock so have said they will refund me. Not great service. Wouldn't recommend”

“The wrong shampoo was sent, I have sent it back by recorded delivery with a picture inside the box of the correct shampoo. I am not sure how the mistake happened as my invoice and original order has the correct information. But I was sent the oil based shampoo that's not good for my Sisterlocks!!! I have not heard anything or received the correct item yet!! I am Quite disappointing as I was looking forward to my order. I have tried calling but no answer.”

“I ordered two bottles of daily milkshake, shampoo and daily conditioner and what only arrived was two conditioners. I contacted the company and they issued a refund. I saw on the website that the daily milkshake shampoo is still available so I’ve purchased another two bottles and what arrived was two bottles of milkshake, colour, care conditioner. again I contacted the company and was issued a refund. The refunds are yet to come into my account. However I have been given the receipt to say that they are going in. It just seems to be taking some time.”

“It’s a joke we never received our full order. There was no note in the package to say what was short. We had to telephone your company to find out why there were items short - Items which we had paid for. We don’t have time to keep chasing you to see why our order has been delivered short. Please don’t keep sending us emails asking about our buying experience expecting a reply. Our buying experience was rubbish get your act together.”

“I have emailed customer service and left a 1 star view already and I am still awaiting a response a week later. On the play plex website is stats that all authentic products have a QR code on the back and not to buy if a QR code is missing or tampered with. I brought no.4 no.5 and no.3 4 &5 the packaging is intact but no.3 the QR code has been cut off. Are the products fake?! I don’t want to use this product on my hair and it is an expensive product. I have been waiting a response for a week and have heard nothing back, then today had an email to leave a review, so this is the second one I’m leaving”

“Perfume never arrived after 2 weeks,sent email they said it was lost in transit,they would send replacement straight away,after another week still not arrived and the birthday was long gone by then.sent a email requesting a refund which was returned.only good thing about this was customer service they acted on my request straight away”
