“Excellent prices. Prompt delivery. Only issue was I received one item first with no communication regarding the second one. The email suggested I’d receive both at the same time. I rang and the call was answered promptly. Advised I would receive the next day which I did. Will certainly use again for the competitive pricing”

“Decent scents, but don't be fooled by their discounts... a bottle of fragrance for the wife with free postage, or a fiver off if you sign up and 4.95 postage. Scam discounts but like I say, decent fragrance.”

“Luxury product, competitive prices, speedy delivery. One odd thing is that the shipping confirmation email stated "Hermes" but the tracking number didn't work, so I reached out and was told it was actually an error in the email as it was actually a DHL shipment (I much prefer DHL anyways). A tiny chip on the lacqueur inside the cap, but I guess that is why it was discounted; fair enough. Otherwise highly recommended.”

“First time purchasing from this company, good choice reasonably priced items with first time discount, range of delivery options. I opted for next day delivery however only one of the three items ordered was delivered and no info included in the parcel or email.I was unable to get through to customer services on the phone, eventually enquired via the virtual assistant, who advised me to forward a photo of the parcel I had received to a designated email address, i was then contacted via email and informed that the missing items would be sent out that day for receipt the next day.i believe they were not despatched so more an error with the picking and packing rather than delivery. I received the items the next day via the sand courier service. Apart from the initial mix up with my order resulting in the delayed delivery and difficulty contacting customer service, I am pleased with the quality of the products received.”
