“excellent initial response and delivery time. package delivered as promised and a competitive price. i wanted a change to the order and the lack of ability to contact them and their responses let them down. got there in the end but a bit more customer focus and thought would have helped.”

“Bought a couple of items for a first birthday present and had them sent straight to the recipient. The building blocks went down very well! My only criticism is that there didn't seem to be the option to gift wrap the products which would have been nice.”

“I wanted a gift for someone in UK, I live in Ireland. I was looking for a good quality gift for a child. Knowing that children have numerous toys I didn't want to invest in something that was expensive and yet have it abandoned in a few months' time. it also needed to be different from the ugly, plastic cartoon toys that seem to be everywhere. I have not seen the toy but am told it is good quality and made the baby laugh.”

“I bought a Trybike. The quality of everything is superb and it came with all the tools you need to build it. My one quibble would be with the instructions or lack of them. The instructions such as they are make IKEA instructions look like an encyclopedic handbook. Having said that I did build it fairly easily but I'm an engineer type. So my advice would be to add a few more details and test it on some less technically inclined parents. It's a great product though!!”

“The doll was a big hit ! But the pushchair that needed to be assembled sadly had a wrong piece that made it impossible to fit together! After lots of head scratching my son decided something was wrong ! Unfortunately the pushchair wasn’t ready for the next day which was my granddaughters 1st birthday! But the doll was lovely !”
