“Only received part of order. Have been told the rest is being held in a warehouse and after 2 phone calls was told it would be sent again on express. Still no update and constantly having to chase. Customer Services never respond to emails (email address given on website). Very disappointing and frustrating!”

“I paid for express shipping as we needed the item in a hurry, yet it still took over a week to arrive. Also, unfortunately, the item was not as good quality as expected and is a bit lop-sided. They did refund the shipping costs.”

“The return process is a real hassle. First of all, the package came without any return label or print out the receipt. You need to contact customer service to request the return label. Then print out the order confirmation on your own then send it back. I don't have a printer at home and now need to find out a printer store to print the e-receipt. This is one of the most hassle online shopping experiences I ever have.”

“Item arrived in good condition, however the communication with this company is shambolic. I had to chase up the order 3 times per email and threaten with legal procedures to get a delivery date. No phone number available to contact them. Would not buy anything worth more than £50 there again, simply because if something doesn't go to plan you have no idea how to contact them.”

“Recent purchase of a wooden drum - style over substance and quite expensive for what it was. Recent purchase of a silicone beaker - hole too small to get any water out. Again very expensive.”

“The products look good but we’d like to return them as we object to all the plastic packaging. With such nice wooden toys we really didn’t expect or appreciate plastic bags wrapping each individual item. The items are already in nice card display packs and the delivery came in a pack of its own so this was really unnecessary”

“The silicon changes the taste of water. It tastes chemically, it may go away after a while, but the sippy cup I have for a while now catches smells so easily. The water never tastes right.”
