“I love the teepee but I do think the instructions and even the video are very unclear. A couple of my friends have bought this teepee and they said exactly the same.”

“Ordered bedroom furniture which arrived on time but when we order the furniture it said we had a £75 voucher but still not received this , have sent email but had no reply back”

“I purchased an educational cooker by BigJigs. Unfortunately, one part was faulty and despite several calls to Scandiborn and BigJigs, the replacement part was late in arriving due to someone at BigJigs being unaware of a postal strike. All in all, very disappointing.”

“Lovely product when it finally arrived. The original item (which was a gift) didn’t arrive, this was due to an issue with DPD rather than Scandiborn however no compensation offered for postage.”

“The item I purchased was a gift and the birthday is still to come. However, the push along toy I purchased, arrived promptly, looks lovely and seems to be of high quality. My reason for only 3 stars is I found the postage to be extortionate. In this instance I went with it as this was a particular item I wanted but it would stop me buying items again.”

“Superb service, quick delivery, so pleased with the product, only problem, added to purchase in basket was a voucher for £75.00 to use, called up and was told i would get a follow up call as this was their mistake, still waiting for call and voucher.”

“OK products are mostly lovely but one item I ordered in the sale I didn't like and was unable to return as you can only see items from a styled photo its hard to see quality of product. Sale items are non returnable which is not made that clear at point of sale .”

“The sandals I ordered are lovely, great quality. But the sizing is hard to get right. It says to order up a size and I did but they are still very small. And you have to pay for returns so the hassle and cost is prohibitive. It's a shame but I certainly wouldn't order from here again.”

“Slightly disappointed in this product,the quality was good and lovely to look at, however the patterned fold over flap appeared to be sewn on the wrong way round and could have done without the leather label too gimmicky. As a one off ok but wouldn't buy another.”

“Great selection of products and delivery was all as expected. However, the refund policy was not made clear - it gives the impression returns are free and possible to receive in full in cash, when it’s not. This should be made clearer in the outset”
