I waited in for 8 hours - yodel was the company. The online information was no available and when I tried to Contact someone after 6 hours, I was told by the online assistant, that they could deliver up until 9pm ) when the e mail Information I received from yodel gave me a 2 hour window. This is totally unacceptable and as such it will preclude me from ordering from Scandiborn again.

The delivery was really quick and efficient but I found the returns system quite stressful. Having to to wait for a response to return is not ideal. It will make me think twice before ordering next time

I didn't get the parcel. We wrote the following email to support: PLEASE RESPOND Hi, I live in Israel. My daughter and grand son live in London. I wanted to surprise them with a beautiful gift from Scandiborn. I’ve shopped with you before and (they) always enjoyed your products. I ordered the Little Dutch Rocking Ring Stacker and the Sunnylife Float Vest - Monty the Monster online on May 24th 2022. Jumping to the bottom line- the package wasn’t delivered to my grandson. My daughter spent the past few days corresponding (quite furiously) with YODEL regarding the delivery. While YODEL representative claims “After reviewing the tracking information, I noticed that the driver has made 4 delivery attempts and the GPS places him at the correct location on all 4 occasions.”, My daughter works from home and is willing to swear there was no such attempts. Maybe the driver mistakingly tried to deliver to another flat, I don’t know. I just know my daughter is upset, my grandson didn’t get his gift, and all they were offered was going to the “local” Borehamwood Depot which is over an hour away from their St. John’s wood address. My daughter works and the baby is almost a year old. There is no way they can go there. So please help. I really want the gift items to arrive to them, but if that can’t be done- I’ll take a refund. Disappointed that I had to pay for return postage on an item that was too small, especially after already paying £3.95 for delivery in the first place. The sizing of the Liewood shoes is not standard and this is not made clear. A UK 8, as depicted on your website is over a size smaller than a UK 8 at any other retailer. More so disappointing that on a subsequent order which was over £100, a delivery fee was still payable.

Product looked large in pictures but was actually very small for the price charged. Also their return procedure is difficult. I paid for shipping although I bought items well over £75 and on top I have to pay for return.

There is no telephone number to be able to call them and they don't respond to emails so when you have a query or a faulty item you cannot call. I also couldn't find any live chat.

Nice selection of products on the website. However was disappointed with the service when ordering third party items - delays in dispatch/delivery (not communicated), issues with product being HEAVILY filtered online and not at all matching with pictures, delays following this up with third party, emails sitting in inboxes for days unanswered. Definitely learnt to call them rather than email (even if they have emailed you - they aren’t waiting for your response it will still take days to pick up). Would be very reluctant to use again - despite final products being very nice & good quality (think I’d just go direct to the suppliers next time!). Appreciate there may be staffing issues - but think the email inbox management process needs to be looked into - and improved going forward.

I had to wait for some items to be delivered weeks after the due date. The person I was buying for had the baby so wasn’t needed anymore. Won’t be ordering from again.

The item was out of stock, nobody contacted me for over 10 days (I had paid for next day delivery) even then I had to call to chase up. I was offered a free gift but in general we would of just preferred to have some communication around what was happening

Wrong colour item sent. Poor quality for price. I did expect to have to assemble item. Impossible to attach wheels as silver wheel nuts just don’t work. Item very heavy for a toddler to use, Company refused a refund unless I paid for return. As wrong colour item was sent, poor quality and not value for money this was disappointing.

We had a great experience last year ordering from them but sadly this year has not been the same outcome. Ordered 12/5, now 12/16 and have received no update on shipping. Items are Christmas gifts shipping to US. I have sent multiple emails and communications on FB with no response. Very disappointing and I have no backup plan for my daughter’s gifts from “Santa”. Please respond!

Unfortunately I placed an order on the 10th November and by the 25th it still had not arrived. No communication. I had to chase it up otherwise I don’t know when I would have received it. Contacted customer service to raise issue and was simply told it was the fault of the warehouse department and nothing that they could do. Not exactly the best customer service! Over two weeks for an order to be shipped is very poor.

The teddy I ordered was much smaller than I thought, it was so tiny it looks like a tree decoration. Much too expensive for what it is, considering it’s made out of cotton cloth. It’s now going to be a stocking filler, & I’ll have to buy another present for my grandson. Poor value for the money.

I was disappointed in the colour of the article when it arrived, on the website it was called pink however in reality it is Peach I love the product but definitely not pink
