Product is great, really lovely, and customer service reply promptly and politely, but unfortunately product took nearly 8 weeks to arrive. After purchase and contacting Scandiborn I was advised Lorena Canals products take 2-3 weeks, though this isn’t advertised on the product page, but it ended up being almost 8 weeks from date of purchase.

We bought a lovely baby changing table, but sadly it came with one screw less and unfortunately we are still waiting for a replacement which is very frustrating.

Nice stuff, but too slow to ship. Sent as a gift to a new mother in London. Items arrived at various times over the next few months.

Gorgeous design, beautiful colors. My only problem is that the table is very unstable. I wouldn’t recommend it for babies that aren’t very confident while standing.

I love your products but my recent order was a Christmas present for my granddaughter. It was considerably late, to the point that I started to look at other suppliers because I thought that I may not have a present to give her. It did arrive on time but would have been much better if you had communicated with me and kept me informed

Initial contact appalling, I ordered and received confirmation of order just after Black Friday. When nothing had arrived, in December I called and was told product was out of stock but order expected before Christmas, again nothing. Upon ringing once again, having received no email at all other than the original confirmation of order, I was told no product had been delivered. I had checked your website in the meantime, the play tent I had ordered was in stock in another colour - noone had suggested that option to me so I enquired if it was available in another colour. Oh yes, revelation! I received the new colour within 24 hours of agreeing with the delightful and very helpful second lady I spoke to (sorry, can't remember her name but she had an American type accent) and she very kindly included a gorgeous gift for my 20 month old granddaughter who, otherwise, wasn't going to get a present from Grandma. So, finally, excellent service but only after the customer did ALL the chasing and made the suggestion of the product being offered in another colour.

The only reason for this review was because the courier service you used did not read my instructions so my grandson did not receive his 1st birthday present

I’m really disappointed with the courier used by Scandiborn. I placed an order on 28 November for an abacus for my granddaughters birthday. It still hasn’t arrived and has missed the birthday The courier repeatedly sends messages to say they weren’t able to deliver. Today we tracked the courier and they were very close by but still didn’t deliver. I have contacted Scandiborn several times but to date I still have no parcel.

I purchased the Jamm wooden pram. I was very disappointed with the size and wanted to return it but had to pay postage myself which I was very disappointed about. I ended up keeping it as it was a bulky item. I wouldn't order from this company again as a result.

I am very happy with the contents of my purchase, but the boxes arrived with damage, which is very unfortunate as they're Christmas gifts.

Prints were lovely but packed in envelope with cardboard only on 1 side which meant the envelope was still flexible and the prints were bent. Disappointing as this website had been highly recommended to me.

I ordered a child’s First Aid kit which arrived promptly. However rather than the suitcase which appeared in the photo the contents were found in a nylon zip case. Acceptable but disappointing.

I purchased 2 candylab toys ... one was as expected (Everest Camper) the second article (Airstream trailer)was an older version of the item I expected to be buying and was different from the illustration used to market it

The item ordered was lovely but the delivery took far too long with no updates until I emailed asking where the item was so for customer service not great . After I contacted them yes they did respond but for high end goods I expect better Customer service , saying this I will use again Thankyou

I love the teepee but I do think the instructions and even the video are very unclear. A couple of my friends have bought this teepee and they said exactly the same.
