“Products are all of high quality. Very pleased with the items. However, I put 4 stars as the Bre sandals size were smaller than the usual uk size 5.”

“Great product, efficient timely delivery. I was however disappointed that the gift message I had written (gifted some beach shoes to my grandson) was delivered on a scrappy piece of paper in poor handwriting and was initially overlooked as it looked like part of the packing materials. Really let down an otherwise excellent experience.”

“The shoes are nice….but I was disappointed with the way in which these were packaged as they arrived very squashed and out of shape. My 2 year old also really dislikes the smell of the shoes and I have to agree it is a very strong unusual odour.”

“Very good quality products and fast despatch, I was a bit disappointed that all the liewood products were wrapped in plastic around the cardboard packaging, felt quite unnecessary regardless if it’s recyclable or not (not sure if it is, nothing was printed on it to tell me so, and my local recycling doesn’t take plastic packaging like that). I feel like if it was just in the cardboard packaging it would be fine, it was all closed and sealed so didn’t need plastic wrapped around it”

“Products arrived promptly and in lovely packaging, lovely quality, however both items didn’t look so much the same in colour as the online images so I will be returning. Unfortunately the returns process appears to be quite slow. I’m still awaiting response”

“This is the second year in a row I have ordered the Liewood beach sandals for my little boy. I love the quality of them and the colour choice. However sizing is not standard, and comes up very large and have had to return and exchange for a smaller size”

“I purchased the wooden cot in white. It is a beautiful design and easy to put together. I would have given 5 stars but must report that the seating for the screws is a little loose so that they do not tighten properly. I will adjust this with some very small plugs.”
