“Not the greatest experience trying to get through on the phone is virtually impossible and out of the three items I got two where the wrong items”

Hi there, thank you for your review, I have checked with the Wigan store who will contact you regards any incorrect items. The issue we can have from time to time is that if one of our stores are busy, as in a lot of customers in store then the counter staff do have to prioritise customers in store over telephone calls, we will always try and answer the store phone lines as quickly as possible - i apologise for any delay kind regards Savoy Timber

“Our folding door was made perfectly for the gap we needed to fill which was not a standard door fit. Only thing I would mention is it would be nice to have a choice of hinges as we got brass hinges but our door handles are silver. Other than that no complaints at all thank you. You did everything you said you would.”

“The service from Savoy was very good and when I had an issue with the courier they use they sorted it out swiftly and kept me informed. The product looks good quality but I haven't had time to put it together yet.”

“Quick delivery, driver was brilliant, he unloaded everything on his own and placed it just where I wanted it put. All timber very good quality. Have used Savoy before and will do so again”

“Very happy with the product, my only slight complaint is there are very vague instructions for ground preparation or supports, as this isn't catered for in the kit I ran out of 100mm screws.”

“Ordered a decking kit, other bits to with it. I ordered online whilst speaking to someone at the Preston branch which enabled me to pay easily but also get the delivery I wanted. All materials were of the standard expected with no faults. There was an excess of screws, coach bolts etc and even a spare deck board. A pleasant change. I would certainly recommend using them.”

“This is the 3rd time I have ordered from Savoy Timber, their service is spot on. I have ordered decking kits on two occasions, the smaller decking was bought over a year ago and we have just built the larger decking.”

“I recently bought some composite decking from Savoy timber along with other associated items. I placed my order on line on thursday evening. I received the items on the following Sunday. I have to say the sevice and qaulity were both excellent and i will definitely consider using Savoy timber again.”

“I ordered splashback, it's came without any package, not wrapped. Colour was more yellow then white. Size was not as described, thikness instead of 9mm was all 11mm. Not so happy about purchase, low quality. Only delivery was in time and professionally.”

“I ordered two worktops cut joint, glue and clamps took 4 weeks to deliver because they were being cut. When they were delivered they were not cut, no clamps or glue. Much stress for me.Kitchen out of commission. Then had to chase Savoy. Eventually got cut worktops. No glue or clamps. How do you think you did? I have had no apology or offer of compensation.”
