“Excellent customer service, great website and easy to navigate. When the speedy delivery arrived, I stupidly realised that I got my measurements wrong. I called Savoy to explain my mistake and without a delay, the original order was returned and the correct sizes were replaced and delivered the same day. The quality and price of the wood are excellent, I recommend Savoy Timber every time.”

“We had a delivery of composite decking arrive that was very damaged so had to return the whole order. Customer services were very good and after an email explaining the problem and showing photos a complete refund was issued within days.”

“Ordered online, quick and easy…had down for delivery but needed the timber before savoy were able too (delivery would have still been ok if no for family party) so went and collected, helpful staff, hassle free. Will definitely use savoy timber again. Very easy to use service and staff genuinely were really helpful”
