I contacted Saturn sales and spoke to Mr John O Hughes, who kindly contacted Daikin on my behalf and managed to send me the spare part free of charge. He has been greatly helpful in this process and saved me from facing an expensive repair bill. Thank you John, your efforts are greatly appreciated and I would recommend your company to my family and friends.”
