The Michelle is roomy and large enough to carry all the essentials you need and with a handy water bottle holder and smaller internal pockets so your important items dont get lost. The fact that the accessories are easily interchangable makes these bags so good for me, so you can mix and match accessories to co-ordinate your handbag with your outfit, which is a big plus for me!”

“I had several questions during my purchasing phase. Customer Service got back to me right away. Then when I made my purchase, I made a mistake and Customer Service caught it and reached out to me to question whether I intended on the mistake. Again, another example of exceptional Customer Service. I would say other companies need to take their lead from Sarah Haran's company and service. On top of this, the bags received are beautiful and they put great touches with complimentary accessaries. Thank You!”

“I have jumped in with 2 feet, I bought my first SH bag, an Ivy as I want to see the quality before making a bigger purchase and within days ordered my next one Dahlia (I didn’t know at the time but there are 2 types V1 poppers at the side or V2 clips inside) mine came with clips and I think I would have preferred the poppers as I find the clips a bit of a faff!! But that is a preference thing not a fault. I also bought a Hyacinth from the outlet. I’m already looking to expand my collection. I can highly recommend SH if your looking and wondering if they really are as good as everyone says then be assured they are!!”
