The bag is top quality, both the leather and craftsmanship are fantastic and the ability to style in so many different ways is a game changer. “I bought a cobalt Jasmine bag which arrived quickly, beautifully packed. It's a good length for a cross body bag and the leather is wonderful. The bag is bigger than I expected and lined in pink. There is a clip for my keys (always helpful) and the matching tassel elevates the look of the bag. I'm looking forward to buying some accessories to make changes to the bag too. Thank you very much for the prompt service.”

“Very pleased with my Jasmine Orchid bag with tassel. I know you do a chain and a shorter strap in black and leopard but would like a pink leather short strap so you could use the bag as a handbag. I believe one maybe available at the end of the year.”

“I am really pleased with my Jasmine orchid pink bag. Is there perhaps a short strap that could be fastened to the existing corner loops to make it a handbag?”

“I received my very first ever SH bag a few days ago and it was love at first sight! Now I am NOT a bag type person I spent decades with just one brown leather shoulder bag my sister had boght me in Greece... and after that I graduated to backpacks. I did once buy a bag in turquoise leather for over £250 from John Lewis but over time the tassles fell apart and the leather discoloured... Here comes my first ever Jasmine thanks to some Facebook friends of mine and Kettlewell Colours. I chose cobalt but it's a lagoon turquoise in HOC samples, I love it! The colour and the pink lining! AND THE ENORMOUS SUBLIME TASSEL!!! less sure of the strap as it's way too long ( I'm only 5 ft 1) and is not adjustable. I'll have to have my leather lady look at it or replace it with a chain one? I;m already salivating at the variations I will try? so much to collect! An Ivy or a Lily, sifferent tassels and different straps. I am looking forward to snapping on a zebra Ivy I have already ordered.... And maybe I'll drop hints about a backpack for my birthday.... I do wish there was a chart which referenced which accessories and ''snap ons'' go with which of the bags as it's all so new to me and the website is vast. too much choice? And please could the colours of leather be referenced to colour analysis seasons? Are the colours consistent year on year? I am also fabulously happy that I can choose silver hardware as I'm a jewel WInter so no gold for me please! Thank you SH, may the days of bag-joy begin!”

“Another gorgeous, quality bag for my collection. I would rather buy a classic from a superior British brand and support them than the trendy labels that are covered in logos- AND they come with a lifetime guarantee. Love the versatility also, I enjoy that. I have bracelets that I join together to make necklaces so the ability to ring the changes freshenes up the look for however you want, like Playschool for adults. (Also, I enjoyed the tablet, a taste of home - thank you for that wee bonus!)”

“I bought the mini D in Porcelain....lovely bag, trimmings etc I absolutley love it! Quick word of warning tho..Porcelain is an odd colour to match to things...its more of a stone colour so not great with beige /cream/camel stuff.....anyway I got it in the sale so I'll stop now!”

“Amazing. The service, the speed of delivery, the packaging, the smell of the leather, the feel, the bag WOW, the fun trying the accessories and combinations. I’m a lot in love with the whole experience and can’t wait to use my bag. ♥️”

“After staking out the website for the best part of a year, I finally saw the bag that I’d set my heart on at a fantastic sale price. I bought a Forget Me Not Satchel in navy blue and silver, and I love it. I don’t want the faff of swapping handbags to match my outfit, so I love the fact that It’s a really versatile colour which will go with everything. Out of the box you get a removable Ivy pouch which can be worn separately, either with the leather strap or the chain strap (which doubles as a keychain). I love the size of the satchel - it gives me plenty of room for all my belongings - but I can easily detach the Ivy for a smaller and dressier alternative. The leather strap is adjustable, so it fits everyone. It’s a really comfortable and functional bag, but it also looks good. The quality is fantastic and the pink lining makes me smile. I’m looking forward to acquiring more accessories in the future so that I can play with different looks. And it’s so environmentally-friendly that I can create all those looks from the same bag - it’s the opposite of ‘fast fashion’. Yes, it’s an expensive buy (for me), but I consider it money very well spent.”
