I have just checked this now and I can see that your letter was posted on the 25th November.The Royal Mail strikes are unfortunately causing significant delays and there is a backlog of post that is taking longer than we would expect. “Not happy with the Santa letter was supposed to be a letter from Santa not to write a Christmas list iam not happy luckily my daughter hasn't seen it yet I will order another one and this one better be RIGHT”

Hello Bronya Thank you for your message. I have just double checked this and unfortunately you did order the letter to Santa this year rather than the reply letter which is why we have sent that one. There is still lots of time to order the reply letter if you would like. Let us know if you need any help with this.

“After ordering the pack with what I thought was everything I suddenly find it is another £2.50 to have the present list sent with the confirmation of receipt, after all it is only a mobile number that we activate. Pack was fine apart from that.”
