“Libby did this without our permission and we don't know what we got for the price. This is the problem with this kind of business and something should be set in place maybe an email to the adult to double confirm the purchase. She did say she was going to get a call from Santa too if this is the case that didn't happen. yes she did get the letter and was very happy with it but in my honest opinion for the price, I would have said no in this present circumstance as there is no money in our pot.”

“This is the 2nd year I have not received a text to say my son's letter has arrived in the North Pole. Very disappointing. I will look elsewhere next year. Overpriced as well”

“Sent my money as I do every year for my daughters stuff, usually very good with sending stuff out but Christmas just gone I was robbed. They had taken my money and not sent anything, but had the cheek to keep emailing me to order. No wonder if they were getting money off me just like that.”

“Well - the letters haven’t arrived and it is 12/23. There’s only one more day of mail delivery before Christmas- so the chances of them arriving before Christmas is slim. Disappointing for the kids”
