“Sorry but for the first time ,I was not happy with my purchase as u sent me a Grey tunic instead off Pink …I was very disappointed as can’t wear it .”

“Tonia Wilson, has been great solving my problem. It happened when my order seemed to be taking too long to arrive. Then l contacted Salonwear Direct by email, Tonia responded my email with a proof that my order was delivered and left to a neighbour. I was so excited to hear where l could get my order. And my neighbour told me that the parcel was kept safe, waiting for me. I love my tunic uniforms.”

“Sizes of tunics not true to size most probably due to being an outlet. Had to return my purchase having to pay postage. Then received my refund still had to pay taxes which was £6.80 even though didn't keep goods. Proper rip off would never buy from this company again.”

“Tips fitted fine however I was sent 1 pair of trousers in the completely wrong size and the others in my size were not the correct size which is very annoying”

“Excellent communication regarding my order. I had to return the original item to exchange a different size. Salon direct was speedy to inform me that my new requested size was not in stock. I have now requested a refund so hopefully, this shall be dealt with in the same efficient manner or my 5 star rating may have to be lowered !!”
