“Booked to have eyebrows and nails done at the end of the month for my holiday booked at beginning of August just incase any problems and low and behold get a text message today to say that the woman who I was booked in with on the 26th August is leaving and they have booked me another appointment for 1st September which is no good as I go on holiday 28th August to then phone up and get told they will message other staff members to see if they can fit me in and they would ring me back and they haven't so now left trying to find another salon. Not great service will not risk using them again as this happened to me before when they were owned by someone else so I thought this time it would be different but looks like it isn't.”

“Hi ! I went to the salon to get my hair done - straight but they suggested curly but they didn’t stay only and they were aware of the situation but kept on putting Mousse . Applied my hair extension but the clips were completely visible . Also they did make which was bad . My whole face turned grey and they didn’t use any corrector and cover dark circles . May be straight hair you can try but rest don’t bother . I got the permanent nail paint as well which got chipped in 3 days and they did it again but same with that do . Only decent part was they asked for Rs. 200 for repainting my nails but let it go.”

“I ordered a heat mat before 5pm and paid extra for next day delivery, seeing as I needed it the day after. It didn't arrive the next day, which burdened me, and when I check the tracking it turns out it took them 25 HOURS just to prepare my order for dispatch. By the time I needed to have them they hadn't even left the warehouse. It is a good product but I'm really really disappointed with the delivery”
