“I bought a nearly $600 color processor. Got it in July it broke by December. The heating unit popped and wouldn’t get hot. The customer service is horrible. It’s still under “warranty” but they want to charge me $36.63 for a “free” box to then ship them the unit to fix or replace. The shipping cost to send the box back would be $77.63. Which is comical because I spent $35 in shipping when I purchased the unit. Their second option was to pay $300 send me a new unit and then put my broken one in the box and pay $77 to send it to them… its going in the trash and I will never spend another dollar with salonpro again”

“I bought the Orbiting Halo from SalonPro. It sparked and blew out the power within only a couple of months from purchasing. Fortunately no one was hurt. The company does NOT stand behind its product. Would only offer 20% off a new purchase.”
