Had our Safestyle back door fitted today by Antony Lewin he was really friendly and fitted the door without any trouble. It looked really nice and we are really happy we chose Safestyle to buy from.Antony did a great job no mess or dust anywhere a very neat fitter.He was pleasant and nice to meet a credit to Safestyle.

I had arranged a quote to be made to my husband, but safe style refused to come round unless I was there too. The man was quite rude on the phone, I insisted that my husband was able to make decisions but again he said we both had to be home. So I cancelled completely. I am quite angry and disappointed

I foolishly used this company and what a nightmare. I employed them to fit a new bay window to my property and also replace a couple of sealed units to the kitchen window. But as they wer fitting the bay I noticed one of the side windows was to short by about a inch and a halfe. They just put expanding foam in the gap and covered it up with plastic. The two support pillars that the sales man told me are a must to support the bay roof don't even touch the roof of the bay. Then as they wer outside tidying up I asked them if they wer going to replace the piece of rotting trim that ran on top of the old window they said no it's structural but yet two of my neighbours had there's replaced with there new bays. I ended up doing it myself. That is when I noticed the only thing supporting the bay roof is the screws that hold the windows in. There is a gap between the window frame and the bay roof of about one or two inch. Then once they came to replace the glass in the kitchen they told me they had broken it but not to worry they will be back tomorrow or the day after. But guess what nothing it's now three weeks later numerous phonecalls to them but all I get is they can't get through to the installation team they will call you back. But these CLOWNS never call you back. I asked to speak to a manager and I was shocked when somebody claiming to be a manager phoned me I told her everything I have put on here she said she would sort it out. BUT GUESS WHAT I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. Aftersales sservice is none existent at that place stay away if you have any sense.

I never got as far as having windows . We had a cold caller asking could we have the men round to just give us a no obligation quote . 30 minutes of your time , no pressure ! He turned up late , straight in sat down (we were stood up) and that was it for almost two hours ! Nice enough man but so rude in his sales pitch approach , after 1 hour still no quote 😳 he asked for a cup of tea , then he needed the toilet . Still no quote ! Eventually a quote was offered of 10k but if we signed today he could do it for £6k .. stop right there mr salesman .. if you can do it for £6k then offer me that first not as a tempting carrot to dangle to kid me I’m getting a deal .. no Thankyou safe style I won’t be having your windows !

Please folks, NEVER EVER use this company for anything. They must rate amongst the worst company in the UK for the quality of product, their customer service and aftercare. 3 years now and my sorry saga has not finished. They cam out today to fix faulty products. The engineer didn't have the right instructions, had the wrong parts to repair them with and now have to wait a further 6 weeks for them to repair their faults. their CEO Mike Gallacher is not contactable either. He sits in his office hiding away from the awful company he is leading. Emailed tens of times and never received a reply. I cannot give minus stars as I would have done. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Requested just a quote - instead, we got some salesman turn up and bore us to death for 3 hours. After the 3 hours he quoted us a price that you could easily buy a very nice new car with ! Then the cute-hard-sales tactics started as he dropped his price (but still well over 11k) under the condition we sign-up straight away ! . . . . don't these fools know that these pressure tactics don't work anymore? we of course laughed him out the door. Don't bother with these grifters.

A company and service you CANNOT trust!! Ref. 5019128 On 01.05 I have been sold ''the best product'' - 4 bedroom windows. The salesman over the phone confirmed that the agreed price is the final and no extra cost will be added. On that day I have paid 50% of deposit and have been told to wait another 10 days for a surveyor. On 10th the surveyor notified us that window boards are NOT included and later we find out it is another £300 EXTRA. On the 16th I received a phone call from the office saying that the salesman forgot to add scaffolding for our flat roof (2m height) :-) I didn't even want to know the price for this favour and decided to give a call to the team who sold me this ''amazing'' product. The order is now cancelled and I have to wait another 7-10 working days until I will get our money back. So in total aprox. 1 month will be wasted due to amazing service provided by SafeStyle. They are not the best- don't waste your time and money. AVOID!!! Ref. 5019128

I've had windows installed in September 2022, immediatly noticed that the vents that came as standard were not the ones advertised in the website, is stated they were premium, but got installed shabby horrible things, after 2 months of calling Safestyle, finally had an engineer to see me... he wasn't helpfull at all, but agreed that the trickle vents installed were the wrong one, and in November there was a request for the vents to be put on the 23rd of December... im still waiting, despite inumerous calls made, and it is now the 15th of May 2023... worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not recomended safestyle at all.

My name is carole Kennedy, I bought a door in October 2022 from safestyle, after about 4 months the lock broke and I could not turn the key, a man came out and fixed it, then the paint started to come off the center panel and water was coming threw the letter box, I rang SAFESTYL and they said they would be out at a certain date, they phoned up 1 day before the date and said they could not get the part this happened about 10 times over the next 18 months, I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY, THERE CUSTOMER AFTER SERVICE IS DISGRACEFUL

Shocking company! Our sliding patio door was put in wrong in every way, an engineer came out and said it would have to come out and be put back in properly told us everything he will do to right the problems. Told us he’d be back next week, never turned up, after numerous phone calls to them they then pencilled us in for two weeks time, never turned up again. All we get from the help desk is they are coming out but they don’t. At our wits end they do not care about their customers one bit, once they have your money that’s it. Steer clear from this company!!

After over two years, numerous engineer visits, promises, and cancelled appointments, my patio door has finally been repaired. Staggered to read so many reviews that have been or are experiencing the same problems with this Company.

Where do I begin. To be clear this is the only review I haver ever written From when they won the work to today this company has been a shambles. I have had 1 team of fitters come out, do such an awful job another team has had to come out. They didn't solve the issues so now all the windows need to be reinstalled. The fitters have caused damage to my property, effectively stolen my materials and worst of all the aftercare team couldn't give a sh!t. It takes them days sometimes weeks to reply to an email, they often avoid the issues and very rarely answer the questions posed. To top it all off, they decided to try to and deceive a solicitor on the DSAR process and are now ignoring us all together. Avoid this company at all cost, pay a little more for Everest windows

BE AWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Currently having the most awful experience from this company after having my windows fitted a week ago, had the wrong glass installed and nobody is willing to help get this resolved quickly and the ‘managers’ fob you off with constant excuses, the fitters have left dirty cigarette ends in my garden and blocked my drains from stuffing dirty wipes/thick tissue down the drain!!! Will never recommend anybody to use safe style windows & will definitely not use them again for further work!!!

Do not buy from safestyle its the worst thing iv done when tryinng to improve my home it now looks worse!!! No complaints dept, the fitter, engenier snd survyer appear to be the same person. Have to wait weeks before they dont turn up to assess a problem! Very disapointed. My misstake was to pay cash!!

Informed Safestyle of problem with hinges on bi-fold doors that have rusted badly . Agent called on August 2022 and was supposed to be ordering new hinges under guarantee. Today 20.4.2023 I have been let down for the 8th time with a no show on the appointment made. They have rebooked to do the work???? For 22 August 2023. If it happens, and I doubt it ,it will be over a year I will have been waiting. They take your money and give zero customer service. Shocking company.AVOID.

FITTERS…Angry little man accompanied by two others. No dust protection, no window sill protection. We put our own dust sheets over furniture. A senior bloke turned up and told them to use dust sheets. Rude, full of themselves. Rushed the job to get it finished. One window had a broken hinge which took weeks to sort out. We have broken/cracked window frames. They broke stuff. Damaged window sills! Little angry man said we should expect damage as the windows are heavy!! He didn’t like his work being criticised and we ended up toe to toe before he stormed off. Their office didn’t give a damn! We are still, 5 months on waiting for somebody to address our complaints. Nobody gives a monkeys in that company. They want your cash that’s all. Typical double glazing company from back in the day. Even the rep, John, a limp wristwd ponce from Yorkshire, promised the world then ignored our calls when he was proven to have lied!!! Both front and back doors were poorly fitted and had to be adjusted by yet another fitter. The barn door came without the window handle so we couldn’t use it for 6 weeks and that was only after we chased it many times to get the handle sorted. Worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, especially that angry little man with both ears pierced… and at his age too!!! SHOCKING!!!!!!! The management DO NOT GIVE A DAMN!! They are petrified to call and speak to actual customers now they have lined their pockets!!

Just like to say thank you and well done SafeStyle reported a fault on my door could not open it this was on Monday 28/3/23 the engineer came Tuesday at the time stated night before and repair was done in very quick time . Engineer was very professional and polite Safe Style should be very proud of him.

I would give this zero stars if possible! I contacted Safestyle in January to report a faulty window in my soon to be new borns room. I was given a date 6 weeks later, to which I accepted and as I work shifts I booked this day as annual leave to accommodate. I got a phone call less than a week before the appointment to be told that due to sickness they would not be attending the appointment and gave me an appointment the following week which I told them was unsuitable. Even though I stated it was unsuitable it was booked anyway! I have been trying to contact Safestyle on several occasions getting the same response back, terrible customer service. They refused to give me an option of dates to work around and I refused to book another annual leave day. When I stated I was going to go to an external supplier that would accommodate me on a weekend of evening I was told that this would invalidate my warranty. But I am unsure how I can get my window fixed in time for my new arrival now! I have made several complaints which have not been taken seriously and have not been contacted regarding this. I would never use this company again.
