“safe removals showed up, and took our office equipment on then day and shipped to the new office with no hesitation or questions, also moved equipment up 2 flights of stairs to new address and collected crate removals boxes 1 week after moving us.. thank you... Ecashwindow ltd”

“I thought the guys were very efficient at removing all our belongings from our flat and filling the removals van. However, when it came to taking our cupboard apart as it was too big to get through the door i wasnt impressed. It was a large ikea wardobe and they didnt seem to know what they were doing. I knew the hardboard had to be ripped out as the nails are hard to remove but in the process they chipped one of the pieces of our wardrobe which i wasnt very happy about. If they had taken more time and done it carefully instead of bashing and banging it could of been avoided. Also when they tried to put it togther in the new property again therr was a lot of bashing and banging cupboard parts together. I stopped them halfway through as was worried theyd cause more damage. Will have to put it together myself at some point now. I went with safe removals because I thought they would handle things with more care but i didnt get that extra service i was expecting.”
