“I had excellent service on Upgrading my Sage programme, as the copy I was using is no longer supported. I am a semi retired accountant, who is not technically very able, and the Support staff were excellent talking me through everything, especially as i needed to transfer to another laptop. Very professional and sympathetic service.”

“Whilst Sage themselves drive me nuts at times with their relentless pressure to install updates I do not need, SJ Jennings have been our Sage supplier for almost 20 years now and they have always been extremely helpful and professional as well as offering the best prices I have found.”

“Rose: We have a service contract on our Sage accounts. Deal mainly with Katie Rennison in the Technical Dept. She is highly recommended - so efficient, patient and helpful. Have also had some dealings with the accounts department, and they too have proved very efficient and helpful. Highly recommend this Company.”

“SJ Software is one of the best subscriptions we have. They initially helped with our move to Sage 50 and its various versions as well as negotiating MTD. They gave us a good explanation for Sage 50 Cloud, so we could make an informed choice. When all the support team are engaged, and I cannot speak to someone straight away (which is rare), someone from the team will call you back as promised. The whole team is there for any advice and help we need. We have happily recommended SJ Software to our clients because we are confident that they will be a good supplier, and will benefit their business as they have ours.”

“Cannot fault the Support Team, they have been absolutely brilliant with any issue/problem I have had with Sage. They spend as much time as needed to get the problem rectified, and always get it resolved. And if I can't get to speak to someone straight away, they always call me back. Thanks Guys.”

“Upgraded our Sage Accounts package earlier this year. Had a few teething issues getting things up and running smoothly but the technical support was excellent. Sometimes I had to phone and they connected to my PC to see what was going on. Other times we managed OK with emails back and forth. Nothing seems too much trouble when you phone them. Very satisfied so far.”

“All the team at SP Jennings are helpful and knowledgeable. I don't think I've had a problem unsolved in all the 10 years I've been dealing with them, their technical team are clear and precise with their instructions but I must admit it is much easier to let them dial in and do their magic online. Sean is great with his advice on Sage accounting packages that would be suitable for my varying needs, for varying customers - I would not dream of going anywhere else.”
