“Have used the website a couple of times for small items. Ordered a salwar suit for the first time which was described as Lucknowi Chikankari. What I received was nothing like Lucknowi Chikankari. It was cheap machine embroidery on cheap Georgette material. I returned the items and asked for a refund on postage (which cost me almost £8) as the items are not as described but the customer service blatantly refused and has not responded to my emails after refunding just the value of the suits. Absolute rubbish.”
