“Great selection of rugs, easy to navigate, simple ordering, great delivery performance. One bone of contention - don't trust the colour rendering on the rug images. We were looking for an Afghan rug, and chose one partly based on the colour. The image must have been lit very brightly for the photograph, as the rug was much darker in reality when delivered. We have kept the rug as it fantastic, suits our and changes colour with the light, and as it happens may have been too bright in the expected rendering! However, I consider it almost a trade descriptions issue not to try to accurately represent the colour of the product on the web site - it is simple enough with white balance adjustment.”

“Easy website to use, with large selection to choose from. Item dispatched quickly. Unfortunately the colour of rug I chose was unsuitable but that was due to the limitations of buying online. Return process and refund were dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. I would certainly consider using the company again.”

“Very pleased with my purchase. Unfortunately after ordering and paying for my rug I received an email to say it was not in stock. This is my reason for only four stars. I was kept informed of progress though and the rest of the transaction was fine. I would order from them again.”

“Unfortunately the colours of the runner I ordered did not resemble the photo on the website, but Rugstore sent a courier to pick it up the next day, with no question of me having to pay to return it. Although it was not the rug I had hoped for, it was very good quality and the customer service was excellent. Emma Ford”

“Love love love the rug I bought. Great website and amazing product. Good communication from them when the product I ordered was out of stock. In retrospect, because it was out of stock, I think the payment should've been taken once rug dispatched rather than when I ordered it. Was expecting underlay in two pieces as the website was clear about this, but thought they might be two bits the same size, but received one large bit and one thinner strip. Overall a good purchase, good service, and I'm very pleased.”
