“We ordered a rug online, paid by paypal, Rugstore ne emailed , to tell us when it would be in and when it would be delivered to us and sure enough it came on the day, the Rug is what we wanted good quality and we will use them again. Thanks very much Rugstore ne.”

“The rug itself looks very good and matches the picture provided. RugstoreNE also kept me updated throughout the whole order and were very helpful. However, the delivery company they use were seemingly unable to deliver on time. On the first day they said the rug would be delivered between 11.41 and 12.41, but it didn't arrive until 2.45 and by this time I'd had to leave the house. On the second day, I was told the rug would be delivered in the morning, and it arrived at 11.58am...cutting it tight and another morning sat inside waiting for the delivery. In other words, RugstoreNE were very good and I would recommend them, but be aware that you may have to be flexible in terms of delivery.”

“Beautiful rug, really happy. The only reason I didn't put very good is because I would have liked the rug to be made of wool instead of polypropylene. Delivery was perfect. They texted me on the day to tell me within one hour frame when it would be delivered so I could plan my day accordingly.”

“The rug was as advertised and I am very pleased with it. The only drawback was that I had to stay in all day for delivery with only 24 hours notice . I did telephone the dleivery company on the number given, but all he was able to say was that it was on the truck!!”

“I was very impressed with the delivery of my rug, ordered and delivered within 24 hours. The quality of the rug and colour is not exactly what I wanted but having purchased it on-line I only had images to base my purchase on.”

“I have had no issues at all and found the service prompt and the email updates useful... The only let-down was the courier, UK Mail... I have had other deliveries recently from other suppliers and their service is by far the worst of all the delivery companies I have experienced! If I never dealt with UK Mail again, it would be a lovely.”

“I bought a lovely Sanderson wool carpet, difficult to get a good idea of the colours online, but was impress when the carpet arrived- looks better in real life! The only thing I would mention is it does she'd a bit, not sure if that is what wool carpets do.”
