“I ordered two rugs from Rugstore NE and was absolutely delighted with with the service. Before I made my order, the website made it quite clear that the item was not in stock and provided details of when it was likely to be in stock. The company kept me informed throughout the process and I received the products sooner than expected. I was very pleased with the rugs which were of good quality and good value for money. In an era when customer service seems to be lacking, Rugstore NE is a little gem. I would highly recommend.”

“The time and patience taken by the lady on the telephone to help me with my purchase was second to none. This lady was even kind enough to view photos of our room to help and she also sent photos to me which she took the time and trouble to take to try and get a more accurate colour. Absolutely brilliant, definitely the place to shop. A big thank you”
