“Nice rug. Delivered promptll (4 days from order). Colours a bit less bright than we had expected from the web site. The under rug anti slip works well on our wooden floor.”

“The price is low, the quality is what we expected and the delivery was about a week which is fine. The colour however is nothing like the website. What you see is a creamy brown shown under a thousand spotlights. What you get is more of a purple toned grey. We thankfully preferred it but I could well imagine many wouldn't.”

Hi Barbara, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, You can vacuum the rug using a cylinder type cleaner or an upright with adjustable rotating beater bars as long as the brushes are set to the high position. With the type of rug you have purchased you should not vacuum with the beater bars set low to the floor. “Easy to use website; perhaps add a search by size. Wide range and nice designs - this was the best range we found. Ordering and payment was easy. Delivery took 10 days which is ok. No timeslots given or advance notice of delivery time which is odd for such large deliveries. The rugs look and feel good. Time will tell how they clean and wear.”

“Have already emailed but to repeat-- the rug is in place and is as good quality as the description. Some doubts about the delivery -- the rug was left propped against the front door, despite that there were two people in or around the house. The electric bell is in the hall and might not be heard all over the house, but there is a knocker. The rug was very well packed and would not have suffered any water damage, but other deliverers seem able to make contact when we are in.”

“I am pleased with the colour - it is as I expected from the picture - and apparent quality of the product but only time will tell. The rug arrived on the specified day and the courier carried it into the room I wanted.”

“Good customer service when contacted. Quick delivery. Good price and good quality. The rug is a good quality rug and looks brilliant under my dining table in the kitchen. Not too thick but not too thin, just right.”
