“Ordered 2 rugs this year. This company IS the cheapest compared to its rivals and delivers for free. Ordering was simple and both items arrived within 4 days. Couldn't recommend more highly.”

“I hadn't noticed the promotional code until after I placed the order. I emailed admitting it was my error however the Rugstore reimbursed me the discount for which I was most grateful. The rug was sent directly from the manufacturer and unfortunately they sent the wrong design, picker error. I phoned the Rugstore who arranged for theat one to be collected and the correct one to be delivered the following day. Great service by the Rugstore and very reactive. Good customer service.”

“Would not go anywhere else for our rugs we now live in Yorkshire but more than happy to travel back up to Sunderland. Excellent customer service friendly, polite and honest about the rug that you are buying. Have rung the store to order a further rug no problem, received within a couple of days”

“Dealt with them twice now, both times very helpful staff. Customer service 10/10. Rugs arrived on time and very well packed. Delivery man was nice. Both rugs are really good, look great and make room so much more cosy.”
