“Ordered a special Rolex watch for my 50th birthday when I was 48 costing £7,000, this was nearly 6 yrs ago. I was told by the general manager that I was number 4 on the list at the time and should get it in time for my birthday, I offered to leave a substantial deposit but was told that wouldn’t be necessary. 6 yrs later still waiting. I have never had so much as a phone call and have had to chase them 4 times. I have now been told that people who spend more money with them and want the same watch have been leap frogging me over the last few years and are simply more important to them and there is very little chance of me getting my watch at all……….happy birthday!! Terrible customer service, don’t use this jeweller unless you are a high roller, you will not be important to them.”

“Horrible snotty staff who look down their noses! They only work in a Wolverhampton jewellers! The place is soooo old fashioned and not a great range of patek phillipe anyway ! Go elsewhere! Preferably somewhere who are in 2023! And treat people in a welcoming manner!”

“Who do these staff members think they are. From the time I entered the store I was made to feel unwelcome, Sarah couldn’t get me out the store quick enough, and has for Dan Johnson what a rude ignorant man, could hardly be bothered to lift his head from his laptop and make conversation. Being told none of the Rolex’s are for sale like people don’t know that already, I already have 2 anyway, but was going to enquire about another Tudor to add to my collection, but I was never even given a chance. Would never do business with this store, even if it meant missing out on a watch I’d really want to purchase. They should really think twice about who they look down their nose at.”

“Hi I bought a Rachel Galley Ocean bracelet for Russell’s. The service was out standing. The quality and design of the bracelet was very good. I love it. Good price. Loved the special wrapping made me feel special. Great retailer.”

“Joke Ad too busy backdooring watches to mates, gray Market and family members. Tried to spend 20k, at the same time asking for a submariner no date. Got the usually BS and spoken to like an idiot. No doubt they had one in the safe for the right face fitting customer or family flipper.”

“I attended this showroom with my friend as he had an appointment. I accompanied him to purchase something for myself at the same time. However, the experience he endured at the hands of the store manager after being insulted by an assistant manager was beyond belief. The manager promised and went back on his words. He stated he was not racist because he was gay, although he accepted some of the staff members can present themselves in this way. My advise, save yourself the journey, head down to a store where you will be treated equally and people have integrity.”

“Absolutely disgusting business to shop at. Honestly, if you are thinking of visiting this shop and spending your money, THINK AGAIN. If your Asian and thinking of attending this business, think again. You will be made very unwelcome. Good luck if you are dealt with by Dan and Glenn. They just love offering international customers, but let's see where they are now with COVID. Bet they wish they kept the local customers happy now. If any business should close in COVID, sorry to say but it is this. I urge you to look at their team, not one none white employee, ask yourself why.”

“I would think very careful before you decide to go and waste your time at this company. They are rude, awful customer service experience. You make a complaint and they reinvite you to insult you further. The Directors do not reply to any emails as if they above any customer hence their staff treat you as they do. If you are not of white origin, good luck!! Just look at the team of employees and I rest my case.”

“Excellent service, when the necklace I bought turned out to have already been sold already, Ruddulls quickly came back with alternatives, and offered a further discount. My necklace arrived yesterday, wrapped up perefecrly ready to give as gift.”
