“I popped into this lovely store back in March to see if it would be possible for a jewelry alteration. The lady who I spoke to was Jess, who was so lovely, a real credit to the store. Jess offered to send the jewellery, which required alterations, for a quote. Whilst I was in the store I asked about a piercing. I was delighted when Jess offered to do the piercing there and then. The whole process was very thorough and professional. I popped back to the store again today to collect my jewellery and had another piercing at the same time. Jess was so warm, friendly and brightens up your day. Would highly recommend.”

“Looking for a Jack Russell Nomination charm online for my daughter who recently lost her own dog. I was instantly directed to Rubirox, where I found exactly what I was looking for. A great website and so much choice. Delivery was quick and couldn't fault anything. Highly recommend this store.”

“A bright and modern jewellery shop with the nicest staff who bend over backwards to help, a really professional team who clearly love what they do. It's such a beautiful and elegant shop, stocking a range of jewellery that leaves you spoilt for choice. The prices are very competitive and returns and refunds are offered on all purchases. Delivery is very quick and inexpensive. Why shop anywhere else when you have so much choice here.”

“A massive thank you to Jess who has helped me arrange for my engagement, wedding and eternity ring to be enlarged , I was told in two local jewelers this wouldn't be doable. While shopping for a gift i explained to Jess how upset i was and she said that Rubirox can help and they certainly did. All three rings are back on my finger and look amazing. Great communication throughout . Thanks again for all your help and patience I really am grateful x”

“I popped into this beautiful store on Saturday for a piercing and I have to say it was an amazing experience! I was warmly greeted when I arrived and made to feel so welcome. Jess pierced my ear with expert professionalism and gave friendly help and advice when it came to choosing the appropriate earring. I would definitely recommend a visit to this delightful jewellery store, if you haven't yet been tempted by the gorgeous pieces in their window then step inside as the jewellery is stunning and there is just so much to choose from. I will definitely be going back, it's fabulous!”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I wanted to add another Thomas sabo disc to my necklace after having another baby. The Thomas sabo in my area had closed down and I struggled to find someone to match my disc engraving size. Had contacted several other stockists and none could help or were interested in helping. After finding this store I just thought I’d ask & managed to get it done without any trouble at all. Very quick and professional on answering any questions I had and had my beautiful item in a matter of days. I can’t thank you enough.”
